Dr Shepich was absolutely amazing. From his bed side manner to checking in on me after surgery. When I went for my follow up, I seen Laura Scott. She was so personable, actually listened to me and she explained everything. She sat there for a good half hour going over everything and even stated after the fact the office is always available to answer any questions or concerns if they arise. The front office staff were amazing and extremely professional. Such a comfortable experience at this office.

Dr. Frisbie saw me for the first time after an ER visit and he answered our questions and more. He will also do a follow up to make sure which way things are going. Indicated what to expect next time if things are going well or if they are to be referred to a different type of specialist.

Dr. Frisbee was great however I waited in the room after he left for quite some time waiting for someone to come back with orders for an X-ray. I finally had to go looking for someone. It was kind of spooky and unpleasant.

This office is wonderful! If you need a vascular surgeon Dr Frisbee is the best. What I really appreciate is when I call with a question it gets answered, no transferring three different times and then still need a call back. This office is so well trained that the first person can answer the questions.

I say that I was treated very well. The staff were professional and courteous towards me at every interaction I had with them. This is a great example of how a medical practice should be run like. Very timely on their appointments and availability to schedule surgery very quickly after the initial consultation. Even the main part of the hospital with the required prerequisite blood test and EKG were very prompt and professional. Thanks for a great experience.
