Dr. Frisbie is very personable and thru his words shows he really cares about you as a person. I am glad I have switched to My Michigan Health as I feel like a person again and not a number.

Laura was outstanding, an absolute gem, kind, courteous, empathetic and all a person could want in a hospital. I could say the same for Dr. Shepich, all the nurses (Kody, Caleb👍) and the entire staff at West Branch, they answered & explained in detail. I don’t have enough superlatives for all of them, great people all.

My original appointment was not until [MONTH]. But someone cancelled and they contacted me. I was so happy, I jumped in the car and drive there. It was 1-1/2 hours from my home. I was so happy to get that appointment.

I arrived with a blocked intestine which could have resulted in another surgery to remove the blockage. Dr Shepich chose alternative nonsurgical methods to clear the blockage !!
