My experience with Laura was great. She is clearly someone who enjoys her job and does it well. She doesn’t make you feel like you’re just a name on a list of patients to get through. She was very thorough when she talked to me, annswering all of my questions and I left the office feeling good about my follow up appointment.

It took me nearly 3 months to get to see Dr Frisbe after a referral from my PA. However, that IS NOT THE DOCTOR’S fault. When I did finally got to see him he answered all my concerns, went over MRI’s & CT scan. I’ve been dealing with abdominal pain for three month along with swelling in legs, vein issues. He was my fifth physician I had seen. I am trying to rule out what is causing my pain. Even though he could not find a reason for my pain, I would recommend him to family & friends. Very caring and knowledgeable.

Dr. Shepich is fantastic, and I strongly recommend him. He, his staff, and the whole group at West Branch My Michigan hospital took great care of me before, during, and after my hernia surgery. I will definitely use them again for my health needs in the future. Thank you so much.

He explained how the next fistulagram would be done a little differently. The doctor mention where I should tell the dialysis personnel to try and avoid. He explained what might happen down the road if this fistula had to be replaced and answered all of my questions.

Dr. Frisbie is very personable and thru his words shows he really cares about you as a person. I am glad I have switched to My Michigan Health as I feel like a person again and not a number.

Laura was outstanding, an absolute gem, kind, courteous, empathetic and all a person could want in a hospital. I could say the same for Dr. Shepich, all the nurses (Kody, Caleb👍) and the entire staff at West Branch, they answered & explained in detail. I don’t have enough superlatives for all of them, great people all.
