Neirouz Joseph, MD
Dr. Joseph is a great doctor; she is very knowledgeable and listens to you while prescribing the necessary medicines. The staff are likewise excellent and speak clearly when making follow-up appointments. Baptist Healthcare is an excellent network of hospitals, primary care, and specialist doctors. We highly recommend Baptist and its doctors.

From the doctors on down through even the newest hired employee, everyone is friendly and pleasant each time I have been there. Dr. Joseph is very thorough and thoughtful at each visit.

Dr Joseph is a very caring physician. She is not in a rush to get to her next patient. She takes the time to ask questions and evaluate your responses along with reviewing medical tests. She is very knowledgable of medicines and even tells you the best time and ways to take them. I highly recommend Dr Joseph.
The office staff is super nice and very efficient. This is the best practice that I have found in Jacksonville since moving here in 2012.

Friendly, timely, thorough, & efficient visit. Staff was nice from checkin to checkout. Ashton spent quality time with me. And, Dr. Alvarado was awesome. I shared with my wife and she is hooing to have Dr. Alvarado as her doctor in the future. Her approach and welcoming attitude are rare today. And, her prep and knowledge were obvious.

Easy to get into Dr. Joseph is easy to talk to takes time with you listens to your problems. Also, if you use the portal she gets back with you in a reasonable amount of time.

Dr Alvarado is the best doctor I’ve ever dealt with. She is a great listener and shows great concern and confidence about her recommendations. The staff are all very helpful and responsive. I can’t say enough good things about this office.
