Dr. Alvarado is always insightful and willing to work with me on any condition that I experience. Her bedside manner is excellent and above reproach. The staff is always friendly and helpful. I couldn’t imagine going to anyone else to get better treatment.

Efficiency and effectiveness of the staff, along with their friendly demeanor. Likewise with Dr. Joseph, who took the time necessary to thoroughly review my records, update my files, discuss my recent hospitalization, and explain my treatment plan going forward. Her confident, calm professional manner, while explaining my circumstances, put me at ease- something I greatly appreciate since I am living with a severe case of "white coat syndrome" resulting from caring for two handicapped siblings through 4 kidney transplants. Thank you Dr. Joseph and staff.

Dr Alvarado and her nurse always treated me well. However, this last visit, it was Gisela who made my day by her customer service skills. She welcomed me with a smile and willingness to mail me a copy of imaging request coming from another doctor’s office.
