The staff is extremely professional, and I was seen on time. I am upset that Dr. Driver is leaving the practice. I hope you find a suitable replacement.

It is convenient to schedule my annual visit with Baptist Primary Care- Roosevelt, and I love that forms may be updated prior to my visit. Dr. Driver is caring and thorough in her examinations and is great with timely follow-up after each visit. The staff is very friendly and helpful, and the lab tech on site does a very good job with blood collection.

The staff is very friendly and the office is always clean and well organized. Dr. Kristie is amazing, she is a great listener and has helped me so much with my health concerns. I recommend her to all my family and friends, she makes me feel safe and confident in the care I’m receiving.

Staff was very nice from the moment I checked in up until I checked out. Loved how the staff knew all the “regular visiting patients” and made them feel like family. Dr Driver was extremely nice and made me feel very comfortable.

Courtesy,short wait time for appts,staff is knowledgeable and helpful,Dr driver is great..she listens and doesn't try to push patients to take unnecessary medications, which is sadly very common when we reach our older years.she also answers emails quickly. easy to make appts too. Overall experience with this facility has been amazing

Dr. Driver - we would follow her anywhere! She is professional, caring, relatable, and personable. She explains things thoroughly, answers all of our questions, and never makes us feel rushed. She also responds quickly when we send a question through the portal, which is sincerely appreciated. The office team is very pleasant and professional. They are always helpful when we call with questions or to make an appointment and are welcoming when we check in for our visits. The care we receive from Dr. Driver and her team should be the model for all physicians.

The wait to see a physician for a scheduled appointment is short. Can't speak for other physicians in the practice but my Physician Kristie Driver given the constraints of the insurance companies., listens to my concerns regarding my health.
