KRISSY was exceptional, checking everything for me and giving me peace of mind. Sam, the medical assistant was exceptional as well, in being professional but also making me comfortable and at ease before and during my appointment
While checking in I felt as I was thought of as a crook. I have been coming for many years and never not paid my bill. The new policy was presented to me as if I was for sure not going to pay. The receptionist approach could have been better. she was like take it or leave......Loyal customers should be treated as such. I live in Bloomington In. I drive a long distance to maintain my relationship with the Dermatology Center. I do not want to be treated as if I am not going to fulfill my commitment.
I had what I thought was a lipoma. I have had them before in the same area. They weren't sure what it was, and they should have, and sent me to have an ultrasound. After getting the ultrasound and confirming what we already knew, I had a lipoma or cyst. Then they want to ship me off to see a general surgeon, which requires at least two visits. There are at least three MDs in this office that could remove this small lipoma that is on my shoulder. Now here I am, two visits down the drain and still have the lipoma and now have to go somewhere else to start over. DO BETTER! QUIT RUNNING PEOPLE AROUND ESPECIALLY IN THIS ECONOMY.
I appreciate all the attention that I got from Dr. Krissy Banet and her assistant Sam. They really came to the resque. De. diagnosed the kind of ecsema that I have.
