I go for a yearly check up, thru out the year I have issues so that when I do go for my check ups I can get them taken care of. But apparently your office only deals with problems if they are current at the time. I do not like that.
First I would like to say that Sam and Krissy Banet were fantastic. They went above and beyond to answer my questions and gave a great quality of care. The beginning of this visit started a bit tumultuously as the front desk worker who I believe was a woman named Tammy. I had questions I wanted answered prior to the deposit process, and she not only failed to answer these questions, but she also raised her voice at me and spoke in a very rude and unprofessional manner. As a new patient in this facility it was very shocking to be spoken to in such a way and made me question staying for the appointment that I had scheduled weeks in advance. I was supposed to schedule a follow up appointment with my provider, but having the negative interactions with the front desk stopped me from wanting to come back to this facility. Again, Sam and Krissy were fantastic and my above rating would be a 10 for those two!
