My visit with Catherine was excellent. However, it took me two trips to complete the appointment. The week before I had an appointment, arrived ten minutes early, sat in the waiting room for twenty minutes while every single person who arrived before and after me was shown to an exam room, only to finally learn that my appointment was being held up waiting for insurance approval. I was told it was "policy". Well, it is not my POLICY to waste my time waiting while every person with later appointments are seen to, but not me. I've been going to Bardstown Dermatology for many years and my bill has always been paid. Insurance approval could been sought while I was being examined. I left that day angry. On my second visit, I was seen to immediately and the visit went well.
I go for a yearly check up, thru out the year I have issues so that when I do go for my check ups I can get them taken care of. But apparently your office only deals with problems if they are current at the time. I do not like that.
Disappointed with unprofessionalism of front office staff - eating lunch while working up front. Plate of food sitting out while typing & answering phones.
