She was the first provider I’ve met with that I did not feel rushed. She took time to understand my health history prior to my visit and listened to my concerns.

I met Dr. Hamilton at my 39th week of pregnancy and she was so caring, patient and encouraging I knew that is who I hoped would deliver our baby. I went into labor later that week and I prayed for Dr. Hamilton to be the one on staff and to my surprise she was! After meeting her once she made such a wonderful impression on me and had the most amazing patient care I would recommend any and everyone to her for prenatal care/labor and delivery. She uplifted me in a way I’ll never forget. Thank you so much for your care Dr. Hamilton! Also, she has pretty great sparkly shoes that just add to her personality!

Nurses and other doctors have all been great except this doctor, was not impressed at all and would not see him again

Even though I know Dr. Hamilton is very busy she never makes you feel rushed. She always spends time in the room and takes the time to explain things thoroughly. I also appreciate that she takes the time to review your chart before the visit—she always makes it feel like she remembers you and what was talked about previously.

I highly recommend this office to anyone who is asking for a referral! While some of the MDs/DOs could certainly work on their bedside manner and/or being better at informing the patient, the PAs, nurses, and office staff are exceptional. Everyone is so respectful, professional, and attentive.

What would you tell family and friends about your experience with this provider?
Dr. Joshua is great doesn’t rush you & listens to you makes you feel comfortable. His nurse was wonderful listened and asked questions about our history very kind made you feel comfortable The only issue was front desk when they called to make an appointment I had to explain my daughter is away at school so I need to schedule her around breaks when she comes home then I was told to call back in a month so when I did one receptionist would not let me make an appointment even though my daughter has signed the form that I can do stuff for her and get results her answer to me was we are not part of the hospital so I couldn’t understand what that ment. My daughter ended up calling and making an appointment we tried to do it on the portal again we can’t schedule months in advance but you can with our family doctor they are all on the same system.

What would you tell family and friends about your experience with this provider?
I feel like she really listens to my concerns and works with me to treat my health concerns. Although, I do not like that I am asked every visit for a urine sample that is most times not even needed. I also do not like that when there is a request for a urine sample, the patient has to hold it while sitting in the waiting area. It's unsanitary and embarrassing.

What would you tell family and friends about your experience with this provider?
Dr. Joshua has always had the best interest in my care. He explains everything to me before he does it. Ordering medication, or when he is doing a procedure. His nurse, Stephanie, is an amazing asset to his team. I recently had a procedure done, she was there every step of the way. She held my hand, made sure I was breathing correctly, and did not mind that I was squeezing her hand a bit too hard. Also, Nurse Julie was there, she assisted Dr. Joshua, she would check on me to make sure I was okay, talked me through everything, before during and after the procedure. I recommend this team and this office to everyone.

Dr Joshua was very attentive and make sure all my questions were answered. He took his time to ensure I was satisfied with my care and understood everything he was explaining to me. He’s also straight forward which I greatly appreciated.

My only complaint was having to come in office to be told the same information I was given over the phone. I had to pay a $50 copay to be told the same information in person. Other than that, the care and service is phenomenal!

The office staff is excellent - Dr Joshua’s RN was phenomenal, thorough, kept me updated and offered water while I waited in the exam room. Dr Joshua is great, friendly and personable

He came into the room not knowing anything about me or any questions I had despite me telling the nurse questions for the provider. He was very dismissive and hard to understand when he did answer my questions and didn’t seem to care about my concerns. When he did my heartbeat for the baby he left me on the table laying down and feet out with my shirt still up, my husband an I thought he was coming back because he didn’t say goodbye or fill out the blue slip and he had just left me there. My husband helped me up and when we asked the nurse if we could leave she didn’t know either and had to ask because I had high blood pressure she wasn’t sure if he wanted her to redo my blood pressure or just head to labor and delivery, it was very unprofessional and very confusing. I’d hate to have this Dr. if this was more than just a routine pregnancy visit. He was awful. I would absolutely not recommend this provider.

Dr. Joshua answered all my questions! He is kind and patient. He gave me options and let me make my own decisions. When I chose surgery, he explained the procedure in detail. I feel well informed and I trust Dr. Joshua with my health care.
