I liked that I could have a virtual (telephone) visit with this provider. I feel that I need the device that she will be providing for me and I should've asked more clarifying questions to know what the appointment was for but I will be able to make arrangements and get to the sleep lab.

I have a good conversation with Catherine about my CPAP use. We discussed my current mask and she concluded that I should try a different mask and said she would send it out, but as of yet I still have not received it. I was wondering if you would send her a reminder

I’ve been very pleased with the responsiveness and service of Katie Esch and her staff. Most recently I was able to get an appointment expeditiously to meet a need for Sleep Clinic clearance prior to an urology procedure. Katie met with me and reviewed Sleep Clinic data available and recommended a home sleep test, which her staff set up efficiently and on a timeline coordinated with my urology care. I’m very pleased with the support I’ve received from Katie and the Sleep Clinic.

Kathryn is knowledgeable, kind, and efficient. She has helped me to manage my health issue adequately and is only a phone call away should I have any questions or concerns. I appreciate that I can see her via telehealth, it is very helpful. The audio and video are surprisingly good quality.
