Mrs. Esch always seems to ask the me the right questions, listens to my answers and comments and offers constructive feedback - sometimes the feedback is what I expected, and sometimes it differs, but she provides an explanation for the difference.

It took a LONG time to get this appointment. I did appreciate Kathryn and her care but more providers and more availability of appointments would be appreciated.

Katie Esch is that rare and highly surprised combination of compassion and competence. One of the things I look for in good healthcare is when the Healthcare provider offers information and education for the patient. Katie Esch is very good at that And I very much appreciate all that her office is doing to help me get through this difficult medical situation.
