This visit was to fix problem from another clinic that was unsuccessful. Treatment was the only one needed. The treatment was explained thoroughly. This solved the problem and I was asked if I felt better and if anything else was needed. The doctor was very kind and calming. When I asked about what to do should the problem reoccur, he offered further information and treatment in this clinic which was not painful or as lengthy as previous clinic for my problem.

Because I have some amount of hearing problems, I needed to be especially careful to hear and understand the questions and time frames being discussed. I did not want to slow the recorded session too much though I wanted my answers to be at a pace with the questions and responsive and accurate.

Dr. Mady was so generous with her time and I can't thank her enough. Finding the growth she quickly diagnosed was one of the scariest periods of my life. She was incredibly gracious. Thank you, Dr. Mady, for taking me under your wing. [staff] was also awesome. He walked in with the confidence, knowledge and presence of a seasoned doctor - we were blown away. I hope Hopkins keeps him.
