He in amazing. I feel confident in his knowledge. He took time to explain things without hesitation when he sensed I may not have completely understood. He will be our ENT doctor. He is over three hours away but that is how good I felt about him.

The appointment was delayed due to a patient emergency in the morning. This is understandable. The care was excellent and the diagnostic process to determine the underlying issues was very good.
