1st appt with this provider. She listened, examined, immediately identified the problem, and obtained an immediate accommodation from a colleague for a hearing test. She quickly identified my diagnosis and advised me about appropriate solution.

Dr. Chen was wonderful! She cleaned out my impacted ear and I feel like a new person! She listened to me and we both know the surgeon who performed my ear surgery in 2015. We had a pleasant conversation. I would advise anyone experiencing ear problems to make an appointment with Dr.Chen. Upon entering the elevator after my visit, I spoke to my husband. It was amazing! I was able to hear my own voice after a very long time! Kudos to Dr.Chen!

Dr. Chen is extremely kind, caring, compassionate, intelligent, and highly competent. She graciously squeezed me in for an appointment and provided the answers to my questions/issues. She is an outstanding Provider. I highly recommend her.

Great surgeon, explained things well. Only thing I would suggest for improvement would be to start off by saying how are you feeling, how is your pain, how has your recovery been. She just started off with talking about the surgery and next steps.

Dr. Chen is an excellent doctor and was able to identify my health issue quickly. Yet, I had been seeing a Neurologist from INOVA for over a year and he did not know that I was experiencing migraines. I am so glad I found her and will continue to see her.

This was my first visit. She definitely went "all in" to address my hearing loss!

Dr Chen was amazing! She listened to my concerns, took time to explain everything in detail and was empathetic to my condition and need for surgery. She spent an hour with me and I am confident had I needed longer she would have been more than willing. I am very comfortable with her doing my upcoming surgery.

Dr. Chen did not know I only wanted to have the ear drum suctioned to remove water. she thought I wanted a tube put in. In the end the suction worked and my hearing is much better.
