Dr. Collins has provided support for my cardiovascular health for almost 30 years, including seeing me through two life-threatening events almost 20 years ago. I give God and Dr. Collins my deep thanks not only for the fact that I'm still alive, but that, at [AGE], I'm still able to function independently and happily.

Office Staff and Nurses are very helpful. Call back promptly, are curtious and friendly. The Doctor answers all of the questions and explains things you do not understand.

Take something to do because your going to be there about 2 hours and don’t get a morning appointment because he kept me waiting for an hour…they should not make morning appointments for this provider…our time is valuable also.

Dr. Collins is about to retire soon, it is our hope that you find someone who can and will be as good to the patient, as Dr. Collins. We have been going to the Doc for a very long time. I believe he is one of the very best! So we would like to wish him a healthy and exciting retirement! Also it's been a real pleasure knowing you and having you as our cardiologist! The care you have showed us and gave us is nothing short of exemplary! It is our pleasure getting to know you on somewhat personal nature!
