The Doctor is very good at what he does and explains thoroughly in a language that you understand. He takes his time and does not seem rushed. I would recomend him to my family and friends.

I have been seeing Dr. Collins for almost 20 years. Wonderful man and Dr. However, for my appointment last week, i had to wait 2 hours and 10 minutes to see him! He said the new My Michigan computers were so slow it would not keep up with the patients for the day, hence i was only able to see him for 7 mknutez and did nof get several questikns answered for lack of time! TERRIBLE!!!

Tawas clinic overbooked; waited 1 hour to get into room, had EKG, waited another half hour to see doctor. Waiting room over crowded.

Very good from Dr Collins. Poor when it comes to staff not responding to phone calls and not calling back. I left message to office manager with this concern and was never called back.I know people who left Dr Collins as a result of this.

I feel very confident in the excellent cardiac care I receive from Dr Collins. I never feel rushed through my appointment with him, even on days when he is running behind on seeing patients.

Dr Collins is a gem. He always is upbeat amd positive. He tells it like it is with a sense of humor. He talks with you and cares about you I would recommend Dr. Collins if you want someone with whom you can really discuss your concerns. He picks up on the little things and is respectful of your concerns.

First visit Very impressed from first phone contact with Tony, office personnel and nurse. Very impressed with physical.. he was kind, knowledgeable, easy to understand AND it was obvious he took time to review my medical history. He put me at ease. I know Iām in good hands. That means everything.
