I have been a patient at the practice since September 2023. Everyone there has always been very friendly and efficient, from the front desk staff to the nurses to the doctors and APRNs. Scheduling is easy, wait times are minimal, and there is always excellent follow-up andfollow-through. Everyone is pleasant, polite, and professional. It sounds weird, but if you have heart issues, I would highly recommend Baptist Heart Specialists!

They are some of the funniest people I have ever met! And there pro specialism is one of the greatest I have ever met! And when you got an appointment you don't set they're waiting an hour after your appointment to get in to see the doctors they get you in within 10 to 15 minutes of your own appointment which is great and I would recommend Baptist North to anyone that needs a seat a heart doctor thank you have a mighty fine day !!!!

Personnel encountered were friendly, helpful, and professional. Medical staff were knowledgeable and wanted to be helpful with my medical situation. They did now rush, but spent as much time as was necessary to explain my medical situation and offer advice to assist in my recovery.The facility is ideal for people seeking medical help on the north side of town. Not having to go uptown was a blessing. And having ample parking without having to walk a country mile was most helpful.
