Performed a thorough examination into my physical complaints and assessed the evidence of my suspected diagnosis. Performed a needle aspiration of my knee with a cortisone application. I'm satisfied with every aspect of the medical practice and I feel as though more was accomplished in my first visit than I expected would be.

I consistently receive excellent care from Dr. Potter and this experience was no different. Not only do I value his expertise as my Rheumatologist but I also appreciate the time he takes in listening to my concerns and providing me excellent advice/recommendations. Great Experience. First time visiting the office and Dr. Potter. Staff were friendly, courteous, and professional. Dr. Potter listened and took notes as I explained the medical issue to him. Dr. Potter is kind, very compassionate, attentive, professional, and provided me with information. Dr. Potter was very thorough. Can't say enough about how GREAT he is. Dr. Potter is always so helpful. He’s an excellent listener and his demeanor makes his patient feel comfortabl. I drive nearly 3 hours to see Dr. Potter every 6 months, and occasionally, more often. He has helped me manage my RA. At 76 years old, I’m still playing senior softball, pickleball, riding my bike and walking, partly thanks to his efforts.

Very good. Doctor Potter is personable and attentive. He listens to my issues even when sometimes the current problem might be peripheral to my arthritis. I think these conversation are useful to understand the whole person and to avoid any meds that might aggravate another condition.
