Although they were busy I didn't have to wait. Dr Potter has amazing bedside manner. He remembers your medical condition as well as personable tidbits. He does not engage in rote inquiriesres. He is truly interested in you the person and how you are doing. He thoroughly and appropriately explains your Condition, what to expect and asks what your goal is. You come away knowing you are partners in your care.

Dr. Potter was knowledgeable and engaged with me as a patient, which is somewhat rare. He explained his plan for follow up with me which I appreciate. Dr. Potter’s nurse and the entire staff were very efficient yet courteous and friendly. Overall, it was an excellent experience.

Visiting Dr. Potter is always a pleasure. He is kind, thorough, and extremely knowledgeable. The supporting staff- nurses, lab techs, and admins are also kind and efficient.

He’s a wonderful doctor. He has been so terrific treating my Arthritis, bad knees, carpel tunnel, and joint pains. He is so understanding, and he found me the best PT around! I would go to him for everything if I could. And, he is caring and funny! I couldn’t be happier with Dr. Potter and ARA!

Very knowledgeable and also open to hearing the patient’s explanation of symptoms and experience. Makes you feel comfortable and not just someone with arthritis. I would recommend him to anyone in need of a rheumatologist.

Dr. Potter continues to be a positive force, in the care of my 85 year old father. He provides more than just maintenance, for my fathers condition. He works with our family, providing encouragement, beneficial resources and simple exercises, that have made a real difference, in my fathers mobility.

Dr.Potter is wonderful. I go to him for my annual osteoporosis check up. We actually laugh a lot. Don't get me wrong, he's very professional. He goes over my charts. Explains what I should do next. He's great
