I am very pleased to have met Dr Potter. He was very professional and prepared to meet with me. In this respect, he had reviewed my folder and appeared very pleasant as he spoke with me. Because no recent blood tests were included in my folder (Quest), he immediately retrieved them from Quest and reviewed them with me. Moreover, he ordered new tests for me. He also talked with me about my bilateral knee situation. I expressed several concerns about knee replacement and my age of 80. In his reply, he stated he did not perform knee surgeries but could refer me to a physician who did that type of work and could better consult with me about the matter and possibly options. I received a referral and have made an appointment to consult with the specialist. Additionally, I received his notes about my osteoarthritis and am scheduled to have a six-month check-up with him.

Dr. Potter has a wonderful way with him. He remembered small details from my last visit over 16 months ago and always takes time to carefully explain the test results. On another note, his new office is terrific - spacious, well organized, light and airy and easy to get to as well.

This was my first visit! He made me feel very comfortable and at ease! He was very patient and listened to all my concerns about what was going on with me. He was not trying to rush out which was very refreshing. I would definitely recommend him to anyone who needs to see a Rheumatologist!! Very pleased with my visit!

As a new patient and was very impressed. The front desk made the check-in process seamless, and I didn't have to wait long. Always very professional, and his concerns are genuine. Very comfortable with Dr. Potter’s approach to monitoring/managing health concerns. Dr. Potter will be relocating to another facility further away from my residence, but willing to follow him for his expertise care.

Staff is friendly, thee nurses are very polite and attentive. Dr. Potter as always listens and provides optimal and genuine care for my lupus disease. I appreciate that his practice provides monthly check-ups through Care Harmony.

Dr. Potter is an excellent doctor! He consistently demonstrates exceptional medical knowledge. His treatment is done with calm and deliberate precision. He has an excellent rapport and friendly bedside manner.
Although I have a life-long fear of needles, I am able to sit quietly and allow him to administer medication with the trust that it will be okay and not hurt.
I highly recommend Dr. Potter. I went two years to other doctors and emergency rooms with a painful condition in my hands. Dr. Potter(whose appointment coincidentally coincided with a painful occurence) saw it and immediately said it was gout.Testing proved him to be correct. Since that time, I have medication and relief ever since.
Yes, my endorsement of Dr. Potter is without reservation.

Dr.Porter is so kind, gentle and compassionate. He has the best bedside manners, patience, and his gentle demeanor is very comforting and reassuring. I have been a patient of his for many years and he has always been consistent and an excellent listener. He is never rushed with his words and caregiving. I appreciate his willingness to listen to his patients’ concerns. He definitely is one of the best!
