My appointment was made very comfortable by the professional staff and my patient care from Dr. Potter EXCELLENT as usual. Dr. Potter is a dedicated and caring medical practitioner, he takes the time to listen and he gives much attention to explaining treatment methods.

Dr. Potter answers all of my questions and makes me feel like I am in caring hands. I recommend him to anyone with arthritis pain. Between the physical therapy he prescribed and two cortisone shots a year, I’m doing very well and have few aches.

Dr. Potter is always pleasant, has a listening ear and always goes the extra mile to ensure you have a full understanding of your condition as well as how and why the medications and/or treatments are needed. Dr. Potter is very attentative and detailed in his examination process. He is easy to talk to and explains information thoroughly. His office is efficient with proper wait times and paperwork. Very clean facility with masks and hand sanitizer conveniently located for guests.

Dr Potter listened to by concerns and address them in a manner that was appropriate and caring. He did what was required to assess and further evaluate my shoulder problem with an X-ray and prescribing an MRI to get more info re the source of my pain.
