It's always a pleasure going to Arthritis and Rheumatism. The staff is always welcoming and supportive. The Doctors give excellent care. Dr Potter is always thorough and precise in assessing my medical needs. Dr Potter is always friendly and polite.

Everything was fine, except that I would prefer all providers wear masks. There is even a sign in the lobby saying the CDC is currently advising masks.
Also, I would prefer that the phlebotomist get someone experienced to draw blood after I say my veins can be difficult, rather than after she tries anyway and is unsuccessful.

I described my pain thinking it was a PMR flare up. It was not . She gave me a cortisone injection in my shoulder bursar and I've been great since then. I don;t know how long the shot will last but so far so good.

Dr Anh is an excellent doctor who is easy to talk to. She explains her evaluation of your symptoms and disease, listens to your concerns, and takes into consideration your input when prescribing treatment. I highly tecommend her.
