Dr. Rottmann does a great of my ensuring my 86 yr. old mom feels heard and seen regarding her arthritic aches and pains. And then she discusses her recommended plan of action with Mom to ensure she gets her buy-in by explaining why she is recommending those next steps, etc.

When I tell you De.Potter is that doctor who really care about his patients and I love that he made sure I understood all my labs as well what he recommends I should do next. Great experience. Dr. Potter went over my xrays, explain them as well as answer my question so I as the patient could understand.
