Angela Mays is a big reason! She is sincere and really listens!Angela takes time to answer my questions and concerns completely. I never feel rushed.I appreciate seeing the person who is familiar with my case rather than a different person for each appointment.It helps to build confidence in my healthcare provider.

The staff Cathy, Randy, the one that took my vitals and APRN Mays are very friendly, greets me with peasant smile that would make a bad day turn into a good one. They staff is also professional and knowledgeable and efficient in their hints. They go above and belong the call of duty.

My visit was very relaxed, informative and friendly, She definitely listened to my concerns and put my mind at ease when I asked pertinent questions. I like the way the appointment times are monitored so there is never a wait and sometimes they are running ahead of schedule so I am able to get in and out quicker! I always leave with new knowledge and positive affirmation.

Genuine caring and friendly staff at Baptist Clay. The facility is bright and clean. Angela Mays was wonderful, she took the time to listen and gave good solid answers. My physical exam was very through and I felt comforted by the results. Amanda, my research liaison is always so happy and cheerful. Her commitment to her patients is incredible. She goes above and beyond. i don’t know how she does it but she brings so much joy. I left my appointment feeling happy and well cared for.

There is an amazing care team in place for the survivorship program. They are willing to answer all questions and give explanations that are not confusing. I appreciate all that the Survivorship program has done for me.
