All three women I interacted with were wonderful. Lady who did vitals, etc, the APRN, and lady at checkout who helped with follow up appointments. They were kind, patient, listened, didn’t rush, and gave the impression that that they cared about me and what they were doing. I had options for care in the city - so glad I chose this program and the South location.

The appointment was was punctual and treated in a professional manner. Angela Mays is good at explaining issues and answering questions. I think we're lucky to have her .

The Sount-Breast Surgical Oncology Clinic is exceptional! Their team of associates is kind, friendly, efficient, and gracious. I feel very well cared for each time I visit. I couldn't ask for a better place to be when dealing with such a challenging situation as Cancer!

Opportunity to do all my updates for my records beforehand. Makes the check in process quick and efficient. Seen in a timely manner. Provider listens and gives clear instructions. Follow up appointments made in the spot at check out.

Everyone at Baptist MDA goes above and beyond to give the best healthcare possible. Any possible issues that arise are addressed quickly and thoroughly. My recent visits have been with Angela Mays. She has been wonderful!

My doctor, took the time to get to know me and my individual situation and how best to ensure I get the best treatment going forward. She didn't treat me like just another file or chart on her desk. She is very knowledgeable about sooo much. What options, for treatment, options for prosthetics and bras and that there is place on the 2nd floor that she referred me to.

Angela Mays, ARNP was wonderful!!!! She spent time speaking with me, listening to me talk to her about my 3 sisters with breast cancer and provided excellent and much needed education on how I can proceed in an effort to monitor my own risks. She didn’t “rush” through our appointment. She was patient and very supportive of my situation. She was extremely reassuring at a time when I needed it the most. She developed a plan for the next steps in my care which gives me a positive focus on the future. My thanks to her! All of the supporting staff were wonderful as well. I look forward to my return visits. I received such kindness and professional care❣️

I really appreciate the care, concern, and attentiveness from the medical personnel. Everyone is absolutely wonderful. I am so grateful that my health has been in their hands for 4 years so far.
