Efficiency and effectiveness of the staff, along with their friendly demeanor. Likewise with Dr. Joseph, who took the time necessary to thoroughly review my records, update my files, discuss my recent hospitalization, and explain my treatment plan going forward. Her confident, calm professional manner, while explaining my circumstances, put me at ease- something I greatly appreciate since I am living with a severe case of "white coat syndrome" resulting from caring for two handicapped siblings through 4 kidney transplants. Dr. Joseph is a great doctor; she is very knowledgeable and listens to you while prescribing the necessary medicines. The staff are likewise excellent and speak clearly when making follow-up appointments. Baptist Healthcare is an excellent network of hospitals, primary care, and specialist doctors. Dr Joseph is a very caring physician. She is not in a rush to get to her next patient. She takes the time to ask questions and evaluate your responses along with reviewing medical tests. She is very knowledgable of medicines and even tells you the best time and ways to take them. I highly recommend Dr Joseph. The office staff is super nice and very efficient. This is the best practice that I have found in Jacksonville since moving here in 2012.
