Dr Joseph is very knowledgeable and informative. From the very beginning of my choice of this office, it was due to the initial visit with the staff. It has always been true in my experience that if the staff is friendly, caring and focused on patient care, the physician will be the same. Great doctors have fantastic staffs in my opinion.
