Dr. Filip took the time to give possible reasons I was having the problem I was having. The MRI did not help to define my problem. She spent a lot of time trying to help me.

I have always been treated with the most respect by everyone in the healthcare system in Trinity Health. This was a complete shock to me. I almost walked out of the office in the first five minutes.

The doctor took his time and got feel for how my wife’s memory was doing and then got a feel for what was going on daily and how my wife was handling the medication. He made some suggestions on what we might want to do to keep her involved with what was going on around her. We felt very comfortable when we left the office.

Dr. Pakneshan listened carefully to me, seemed to really hear my complaints and have empathy for the pain I was experiencing, and knew exactly what was going on with me.
