There was some confusion about lab orders. I was told to go to the lab down the hall and they would have the tests performed there. I am 72 years old and the lab test was a pregnancy urine test. Not just one but 3 of the same tests! I refused to submit. Was told to return to the office to let them know. The desk clerk suggested I wait until the Dr was available to discuss it with him. I said I was leaving. It would be a miracle if I was actually pregnant at 72 years old!! Also Dr Biondo told me he was going to order a MRI of my brain. It was not ordered until 3 days later which delayed the actual scheduling of the MRI. It was a little frustrating for me.

Dr. Biondo is simply one of the best doctors I have ever been to. It's that simple.

Dr. Biondo was great. Explained things clearly. Provided potential treatment options, but did not push one specific thing. Listened to my concerns and offered a diagnosis based on my concerns and the factual information from my MRI scans.

Seems like serious and dedicated dr, not just in for the money, but acrually trying to help people and make them better healthwise. Did nor feel like a number with him.

Dr Biondo was extremely compassionate about my experiences and my family hx of Alzheimer’s disease. He listened carefully and asked all the right questions. His physical exam was thorough. He respected that I was anxious and didn’t want to take the memory cognitive test at my first visit and agreed that we would do it next appointment. I look forward to working with him on my brain health journey.

Dr. Biondo really listened to my concerns and that is extremely important to me. I did not feel rushed and was allowed to describe my symptoms without feeling judged.
