The physician and PA communicated clearly. All of my questions were answered. I was afforded adequate time. Excellent experience. Also the xray tech was pleasant. The person who scheduled the appointment for me was very nice and helpful.

Since last August I could not stand for more than 2 minutes. Dr Dowdell explained what the problem was, treated me non-invasively and set up another appointment to re-evaluate. He told me he thought that my condition might resolve itself. During the 2 month interim my condition improved to the point where I am pain free. The MAIN TAKE AWAY is that before the end of my first visit he said "I'm not going to leave you hanging, we can fix this." He was the fourth doctor I saw about the condition and the only one who gave me hope. Whether that had anything to do with resolving my problem I do not know, but it certainly reassured me that I would get my life back. He is my hero!

Dr Zelenty inspired such confidence due to his caring, attentive nature. He personally contacted me several times dues to the imminent blizzard warnings for the area & assured me that his whole team would be there for my procedure. He offered a surgical option that was much better in terms of recuperation & keeping my range of motion.

The reason I did not give a 10 out of 10 is because the doctor was 20+ minutes late, had not reviewed the images prior to the meeting and when I tried to call the hospital to find out what was going on the phone system was down and I couldn't get through. That said I really like Dr. Iyer and he seemed very knowledgeable and was straightforward.
