Obviously Dr Panchal has tons of experience and i would not hesitate to follow her recommendations. She listened and for the most part was very knowledgeable of my medical history. I feel very fortunate to have her as a Doctor.She did order a nuclear Medicine parathyroid exam but at this point ([DATE]) there has been no follow up from her office. I am in good hands!--[NAME]

What would you tell family and friends about your experience with this provider?
I would tell them that they couldn’t go wrong with Goral Panchal. She is one of the best providers that I have ever dealt with, one who makes a person feel they are cared for and not someone who has to be hurried through so they can get to another patient. Someone who has a beautiful smile and smiles often. I am nervous with providers but after the first time I had an appointment with her I actually felt at ease. As I said, nobody can ever go wrong with Goral Panchal.

Meeting Dr. Panchal at the clinic was nice visit. Meeting room was clean and well lit. The ability to see her on the video screen was good and call answered automatically. I thought the view of the patient was a bit small and may like that to be a bit bigger but not really there to see myself. I'm now able to have my next appointment with her at home on my own laptop.

This was my first visit with the doctor and I was very pleased with the visit. I look forward to having seeing what kind of results come from the changes she made to my care.

This is the place to go especially because my experience was a video call..then I didn't have to drive like clear to Midland which is 125 miles from me it was simple. The Dr was very nice - respectful of me. I don't need to see her again unless something comes up.

I felt at times dr really didnt really seem interested in what i had to say. Referred me to someone else, ordered blood work, told me not to take viatmins for a week prior to blood work. Went for blood work and apparently im to wait 3 months. That was never told to me so i took 1.5 of pto to do blood work that was unnecessary at this time.

I have had diabetes for quite some time, I have been through several endocrinologists. Dr. Panchal is the first one that has listened to my concerns and has done everything to help me get on track. Im the healthiest ive been since being diagnosed, and I have her to thank for it. I suggest her to all diabetics I know that are fighting as well.

The doctor has very unique skills in understanding the patients and their overall health concerns. She is easy to talk with and answers your questions with respect and understanding. She doesn’t make hasty decisions regarding your health without proper testing and hearing you on how you feel. She then discusses with you your plan and path for better health.

I like the convenience of her virtual appointments, she explains everything thoroughly and makes it easy to understand why a certain medication is needed or not needed until she knows the results of your bloodwork. She is very kind and I would recommend her to my friends and family!!

Not impressed with virtual check ups especially on the first visit. I believe the fist visit should be in person. I believe you should have several in person visits until you have your diabetes under control then do virtual.

I would let them know that the experience I had was impersonal. You never see the doctor in person which means she never does an exam. She even wrote notes incorrectly in my chart. She wrote the opposite of what I said and would not give me a chance to answer questions due to interrupting while I was answering another question. Was not to thrilled with the visit.
