I would let them know that the experience I had was impersonal. You never see the doctor in person which means she never does an exam. She even wrote notes incorrectly in my chart. She wrote the opposite of what I said and would not give me a chance to answer questions due to interrupting while I was answering another question. Was not to thrilled with the visit.

She is well prepared and knowledgeable about my medical history which makes my visit with her more beneficial and gives me more confidence in her as my doctor.

Docter is extremely good at what she does has taken my A1c from 9 to 7.1. I have never been a 7. I am so happy.

I appreciate the specialized care Dr. Panchal provides me. She has explained the reason for drawing blood for certain testing and explained how the medication works and why it’s prescribed to me. It’s reassuring knowing she is keeping an eye on my kidney function and my diabetes to know exactly how to treat it and help me get it in better control.

She's a very professional lady explains everything in detail and leave you not wanting anything because she's already explained it, excellent care the staff is outstanding they've even contacted me several times until they got a hold of me wonderful people, cannot go wrong with the care. Really appreciate the staff really appreciate my doctor everyone works together with your insurance never a problem and where there was it was corrected immediately. Thank you for caring. [NAME]

She is so nice and thurough. Where my primary lacked, she excelled and actually helped me. My primary kept messing with my medication dosing without listening to why my bloodwork was the way it was. Dr P, knew exactly what to do and didn't need to change my dose. That always worried me but not with her.

Dr is excellent. concerned that when I inform the Dr that I do not need my scripts refilled and will contact the office when needed, they still are refilled causing me to have to deal with my mail order scripts and at times have too many refills on hand

I would have preferred an actual appointment with her instead of virtual but apparently that's how she does all her appointments. She was extremely knowledgeable about my health issues right at the first appointment which I was very grateful for.
