It was just my first visit but everyone at Mid Health has never let me down when it comes down to help and support with reaching goals and figuring out what the problems are so I always try to tell friends and family to go there

I feel like this provider never really hears me and judges when I ask questions upon health or correlations I’ve asked upon. I’ve gotten poor mannerism from her and sometimes leave my appointments feeling discouraged.

Dr Panchal is excellent. Not only is she knowledgeable but very kind and caring. Her staff is also so accommodating.

She is an amazing endocrinologist! Having had a total thyroidectomy 30 years ago I’m shocked at how much she taught me in two visits. She explained More to me about my issue in my visits than any doctor in 30 years. I appreciate her so much and she is wise and great at her job. I can’t say enough good about her.

Being that I had only an initial Telehealth meeting with Dr Panchal, my experience left me feeling grateful that she was thorough, and honest with her assessment of my hyper parathyroidism. This was the first time that any doctor has been open and explained to me the “numbers” and how bad my osteoporosis is as well. I felt upset, but thankful at the same time. I am relieved that going forward I have options for treatment, and I will have one less health issue to deal with.

What would you tell family and friends about your experience with this provider?
I was not a big fan of telegraphy in the past. However with the improvement of health system based computer system including health records I found the experience much better than in the past. We were able to discuss all treatment possibilities, review my past medical history and agree on a plan the same as would happen during an impersonal visit. There was an "equipment failure at the start of the appointment but that was readily solved by the local staff. I am confident this will be a positive part of my health care.

Dr Panchal is an amazing dr. She is very knowledgeable and cares about your total health. She takes time to explain and asks questions rather than hurry you through. Her staff is a pleasure to work with. I highly recommend her.

I would prefer in person visits but the in office virtual visits are second best. It would be better if Dr Psnchals camera was directed more towards the patient. It looks like she is looking above you instead of at you.
