Ryan Hartman made me feel very comfortable and is easy to talk to. Just the way he talks to me I feel heard and understood. He’s compassionate which makes it easy for me to open up to him. I’ve had conversations with him I’ve never had with anyone else. Not even my therapist.

Ryan is amazing at listening and has acknowledged all of my concerns. Not only has he worked to come up with solutions but he has also explained them thoroughly. He give me hope that my mental health can get better and I appreciate all the progress we have made thus far. Ryan is very knowledgeable and I feel confident having him as part of my support team.

My last appointment with Amy Northrup was supposed to be a in person visit, but this was changed to virtual because Amy wanted to work from home. When I went to schedule my 6 month follow up visit, which Amy told me to do, I was told that I would have to come in about a month because my last visit was supposed to be in person and I needed to have one in person visit a year. Why should I be penalized because for convenience of my provider. This causes me extra money and time. P.S. The one month visit was also scheduled to be virtual. What's going on in this office?

I have already encouraged my oldest son and husband to start seeing him, Ryan is very good at what he does and I know he could help my family if I could encourage them to go. Ryan is very easy to speak too and makes u comfortable in his presence.

This provider listens and proceeds cautiously. So as to not have withdrawal symptoms when it came to medicine changes.

Sarah has always been professional and at the same time, kind and caring. I've never felt as if she wasn't listening to my needs or concerns. She's very good at her job and I consider myself lucky to be her patient.

Amy is great. Her staff is always pleasant. The issue I have is that I’m required to do 1 in person visit per year, but the provider only does online visits. I have to drive 1.5 hours round trip for someone to take my weight and blood pressure and it has to be done in the day of the visit. Im routinely at a UM facility for treatment and have these basic readings taken often. There’s no reason I should have to make an unnecessary trip for something so minor.

I tell Everyone about the care I receive from Ryan bc he really seems to treat me like Family and that really is important to someone like me!

That I felt heard and she actually wanted to hear me and looked me in the eyes as I was expressing my pain I had been experiencing 40+ years I walked out not feeling SHAME not feeling LESSER than I felt HOPE again! I wish I’d listened and seen her years ago!
