We have established a reciprocated trust based on truthfulness. I listen to her, she listens to me as I respond to her questions. What is important to me is valued. She puts me in control of my choices always explaining her view of outcomes. I feel supported without condescension. I very much appreciate Sarah Rings. She’s very good at being appropriately human. Ryan Hartman actually listens to my concerns and takes time to learn about my individual needs. I’ve had negative experiences with other medical professionals not listening or wanting to rush things, but with Ryan this has never been the case. He truly listens, explains things well, and helps me work towards achieving balanced mental health.

Sarah was very calm and understanding while I was talking. When I would veer off the subject she would easily bring me back to the subject with the utmost respect. She was very knowledgeable about my history and what she thought would be the best treatment for me going forward at this time. This was my initial visit and I was very pleasantly surprised at how well it went as I was nervous about what she may tell me after the evaluation.

Ryan has changed my life, quite literally. I actually enjoy life again and I have so much to look forward to, all thanks to Ryan and his team. I'll forever be grateful that Ryan suggested meditations that actually work for me. Knowing I can reach out for help if I ever need it, is so reassuring as well.
