What would you tell family and friends about your experience with this provider?
Great provider. I never feel rushed during appointments. She is very thorough and listens to me. She is on top of any medication changes as needed. Sarah is friendly, helpful, and competent. She explains things in detail and makes me feel heard when I have concerns or questions. She is excellent at documenting any changes in symptoms, which is very helpful with medication changes or adjustments. Sarah was excellent when I was struggling and made time to speak with me via phone to discuss symptoms and make necessary medication changes. I see her in addition to a therapist for individual sessions. Both are excellent, and my overall mental health has improved since I began receiving services from both.

What would you tell family and friends about your experience with this provider?
Amy Northrup makes me feel comfortable with a home like setting instead of a cold professional office. Amy makes me feel completely confident to discuss anything with her, no judgment. only compassion and understanding. Sometimes redirecting my priorities without me even realizing it. Amy has tracked my medications and given suggestions for supplements. My physical well-being is just as important as my mental health to Amy. I have have been treated at other mental health centers. Which usually led to severe anxiety and failure to complete treatment. In closing I want to say for the first time in my life I don't feel lost and confused regarding my mental health. I feel confident and informed in a enjoyable environment. I look forward to my appointments with Amy to discuss what goals I've accomplished and where I need help achieving others. I started treatment with Behavioral health and Amy Northrup I was homeless, reckless and suicidal. I now have all my needs met and more.

What would you tell family and friends about your experience with this provider?
It’s hard to meet someone and open up about such deep issues and Amy was wonderful at making me comfortable being a new person. I look forward to returning for the further help I need.

What would you tell family and friends about your experience with this provider?
Very kind,caring and respectful to me and my wife. Trying hard to get counselor who can see Medicare patients, since my last one has been gone for over a year and half. So short staffed on a Medicare counselor. She helps in every way.

She is very kind, patient, and knowledgeable. It took me some time to be comfortable with this type of apt, but after getting to know her, she is very easy to talk to and explains things until she knows i understand them. Highly recommend.

I highly recommend Sarah. She has been so wonderful and kind. She listens to my concerns and asks questions when she needs to. She remembers me each visit and I never feel like I’m rehashing prior information. I’ve learned so much about myself since coming to her. She always made me feel comfortable even when I was not okay.

Sarah helped me reach my potential by doing one thing. Listening and believing my opinion might have value since I do know my symptoms best. A good many could learn professionally from her on how they do not know the patient by hearing them twice.

Dr. O is a very compassionate and patient doctor. When our children's mental health needed attention, we didn't know where to turn. One recommendation led us to a doctor that has had a positive impact on both of our children. We cannot thank him enough for helping in our time of need.

She provided answers to any questions I had. Provided thorough questions to how I was doing, and provide results as to the best solution possible. With possible trial and error based upon what would best suit my needs

She let me know when there was a medication shortage, and locations that might not have been affected. I was able to gain and maintain necessary levels thanks to that.

Was there anything that you feel was outstanding?
Sarah listens and actually hears me. She understands my concerns regarding medications and background yet still helps in finding solutions when my anxiety and depression are out of control. Sarah is an excellent provider and has made accommodations to return my phone call one day when I was really struggling with anxiety. She does her best to get me appointments closer together when I seem to struggle. She is the only provider I have ever had that was able to really listen to me and make medication adjustments that actually work for me. I believe my treatment with Sarah paired with therapy with Nancy [ ]. is helping manage my mental health symptoms as well meet with overall health/behavioral health goals. The office staff is really great and friendly as well. [Personal details redacted for privacy.]
What could have been done to improve your experience?
Nothing much that I can think of. Sometimes I wish Nancy and Sarah had more availability at times. But both do an excellent job of getting me in if they have cancellation or a spot opens up. Overall my experience with my service and service providers has been excellent.

I feel comfortable talking with him. He listens and gives you his feedback. I needed prescription for going out of the country in a very limited time. His front desk ladies helped me calm down and sent a red flag to Dr O. I was very luky to have them all help me get my med.
What could have been done to improve your experience?
I needed to ask for refill quick without waiting and avoiding last minute rush.
