Staff is courteous, efficient, and professional, as is Dr. Rottman but the appointment itself was a waste of time: this was a “follow up” appointment made at the doctor’s request at the end of my last appointment but she had nothing to “follow up” on—e.g. Q: what brings you in today; A: you asked me to come.

I was seen about 10 minutes after I checked in. I am hopeful that the tests she performed will help. She and her staff were kind. I look forward to finding the results of the lab work that they kindly did in the office. It is very lovely new facility. I’m a little sad that the results telemedicine visit could not happen until June 30tb (a month away). I am hopeful they can fit me in sooner. I made my until appointment on February and they couldn’t see me until the end of May.

Everything with the doctor was fine. The lack of signs and address numbers on the building made it difficult for me to find the correct office building. I wasted a lot of time driving around buildings and parking lots. I finally had to call the office to know where to park and find the entrance to your office. Please fix this issue soon so others don’t have the same difficulty I did.
