Many doctors say they hear you, but they don't really listen. Dr. Rottman REALLY listens to my concerns and has proceeded with treatments that have helped. I know I can trust her to do what's best for me.

Her assessment of the source of my neck pain was quick, precise and very clearly explained. The more likely cause was to be treated immediately with meds; if that didn’t solve my
Problem I’d come back in a week to begin preps for an MRI. After just one day of meds I do feel considerably better
The only negative was that staff were slow to get the painkiller prescriptions to my
pharmacy. The pharmacy did not receive the Rxes into about 7 hours after I saw Dr Rottman, which was after your closing time. I am unsure whether my and my son’s prodding got the Rxes to CVS the same day I saw the doctor, or if the Rxes would have been sent at 5:00 even without prodding. Unsure why the delay. I suppose it is possible that it took the doctor that long to get the instructions to the staff, but that would surprise me.
