Her assessment of the source of my neck pain was quick, precise and very clearly explained. The more likely cause was to be treated immediately with meds; if that didn’t solve my
Problem I’d come back in a week to begin preps for an MRI. After just one day of meds I do feel considerably better
The only negative was that staff were slow to get the painkiller prescriptions to my
pharmacy. The pharmacy did not receive the Rxes into about 7 hours after I saw Dr Rottman, which was after your closing time. I am unsure whether my and my son’s prodding got the Rxes to CVS the same day I saw the doctor, or if the Rxes would have been sent at 5:00 even without prodding. Unsure why the delay. I suppose it is possible that it took the doctor that long to get the instructions to the staff, but that would surprise me.

Short & sweet. Arrived early (unintended), but got in & out quickly. Staff is pleasant & efficient. Easy commute by bus. Great location. Dr. Rottmann is a gem.

Receptionist was very friendly and efficient…..the tech who did my bone density test was extremely professional but warm and welcoming. Dr, Rothman spent lots of time with me and I never felt rushed.
Overall a very nice experience
