Ive had blood tests done to measure my red blood cells for for certain deficiencies along with my thyroid and thyroxine levels plus getting a brain scan to determine the range of memory. It’s a bit complicated but at least neurology is able to connect the dots which helps this patient to understand how to overcome certain memory issues. All this helps me to understand better my neurotic condition and to cope better there of.

First, they are board certified headache/ migraine specialists. Second, they have Eric Ponder who is an incredible communicator. I learn more in 10 minutes with Eric that all of the neurologists I've met with in Jacksonville. Neurological issues are never simple, but someone like Eric can provide understanding.

The staff is always friendly and helpful. Appointments are as close to time as possible. The medical professionals listen to concerns and give helpful advice. They take time to converse with you as a person not just a patient. I would say professional and personal are hallmarks of the practice.

The office is very knowledgeable, attentive and compassionate. Recently a chiropractor triggered a neurological issue and caused a problem. I put a message in my portal the evening and Eric Ponder called at 8:02am the next morning. They are always responsive and helpful.

As soon as you arrive the first impression was how clean it was. The front desk staff greeted me and took care of me in a timely manner. All of the staff that I encountered were very friendly and very polite. I was then taken to have my procedure done and my doctor called me by name and even remembered my service dog’s name. He explained everything to me and went through my medications list to see if anything had changed. It is always appreciated how I am treated as a person and not just a number

The front desk and back office are really nice people. Easy to work with and very pleasant. I really like Dr. [last name] and his PA, Eric. Both are knowledgeable about my needs (migraines and headaches) and are good listeners. I always come away with a new outlook or tidbit of information that I can use at home.
