The office staff is so friendly, but more importantly I visit with Eric ponder, a PA in neurology is absolutely fantastic. He listens to me and we work together on my care plan.

I do not have a wait. Mr. Ponder and his staff are consistent and provide health education and medication management. They address my needs timely and I have had exceptional continuity of care.

The PA is great. He really listens. The front desk, medical assistants and scheduling are all nice. The appointments are generally pretty close to on time. Finding parking isn’t complicated and you don’t have to walk far. The best is receiving excellent medical care.

Front staff is welcoming and courteous. Care is exceptional. Eric Ponder and Dr [last name] are very caring, intelligent and great listeners. The gate parkway location is also very convenient.
