The office staff is always friendly and inviting. We never have to wait long. They do a good job of getting you into your appointment on time. Dr. Eric Ponder is absolutely amazing! He truly cares about his patients. He listens to you without interrupting and you never feel like you are being rushed.I have been a patient for years and never had a bad experience.

Front desk associates are always very friendly and speak as soon as you enter.
Eric who gives me Botox for migraines is friendly and helpful answers any questions I may have.
Amy helps me try to get the best meds for my migraines.

Eric Ponder is a terrific listener who asks questions and then uses his knowledge for treatment. He explains what and why certain medications are or are not the best fit. He also explains why certain symptoms persist and how to curb or even eliminate them. He’s terrific.

Friendly staff, clean, efficient, charges explained ahead of all procedures and appointments.
Eric Ponder is knowledgeable, kind, and emphatic. He takes time to listen and offers options for treatment. He is conservative in his approach and does not push any treatment. I also appreciate the timeliness in response to phone calls with questions about health issues or refill requests.
The front and back office team are always friendly and helpful. I also greatly appreciate that appointments begin on time.
