As soon as you arrive the first impression was how clean it was. The front desk staff greeted me and took care of me in a timely manner. All of the staff that I encountered were very friendly and very polite. I was then taken to have my procedure done and my doctor called me by name and even remembered my service dog’s name. He explained everything to me and went through my medications list to see if anything had changed. It is always appreciated how I am treated as a person and not just a number

The Baymeadows Neurology Office runs like a well oiled machine! Larry is personable and gets you all set up. I wish every provider was a prepared as Eric is. We cover everything and I always leave feeling that I am well taken care of. THANK YOU!

The front desk and back office are really nice people. Easy to work with and very pleasant. I really like Dr. [last name] and his PA, Eric. Both are knowledgeable about my needs (migraines and headaches) and are good listeners. I always come away with a new outlook or tidbit of information that I can use at home.

I like Eric Ponder. Not every pain in the head is a common Migraine. Mine pain appears to have been started by Shingles in my left eyebrow. I have been to pain docs, spine docs, mayo docs, ophthalmologists, neurologists. I have had nerve blocks, ablations, wires stuck in my head. What I didn't have was Eric. But I do now! Eric knows how to communicate. He knows how to listen. He's just what I needed at this point in my 'head pain life'.
