What would you tell family and friends about your experience with this provider?
I really felt like I was being heard. This was my first visit. She let me know what we can try and I let her know what I have tried and don't do or I do at home cause physical therapist said there is nothing else they can do which I understand.

Dr. Shanks was amazing she made me feel wonderful about my needs for the first time I finally found someone to listen to me and understand me and start to come up with a good plan that was not all about medications she is amazing and I am a complicated patient, because of all the health issues i've had and everything i've gone through, and she listened to me thoroughly. Thank you so much

So far I have no regrets from their services. The pain I had has almost disappeared.

Absolutely! A wonderful experience and have shared my experience with others. If all medical professionals were like this office , we would have more faith in the medical system.

I am a new patient so don't have a lot of feedback yet. But I am satisfied so far. My only concern is they are so busy as and that makes appointments so far out.

The Pain Clinic staff and doctors are always very easy to talk to and work with. The only thing I am not happy about is the fact that it takes weeks to get on to see them because they are extremely busy and have an enormous workload.

She truly made me feel like I had her undivided attention and her focus was on me and my issues. She also makes me feel like I am involved in my care plan which means a lot to me. I definitely appreciate her.

First time visitor to this office. I have high praise for everyone - Elizabeth, Makenzie, and Katherine. First rate attention to detail, intelligence, competence, experience and all very personable. I stumbled in to this office knowing very little. I departed with knowledge and a degree of confidence that my back pain can be managed. Thank you, team.

Staff and Dr was very nice and respectful to me as a patient.very😊 with all people involved in helping me feel better.. When checking out a receptionist took a payment for hospital so I wouldn't have to go to hospital to pay it .. thank you all .

Not sure why I met with 2 NP's and billed for both, seemed like double dipping and I will be contacting my insurance company. Service provider was very good , no need to see both on the same day.
