As always, Dr. Katira is thorough--explaining all one needs to know about one's eye problems--and gentle. Although eye injections sound dreadful, when Dr. Katira gives them, they are virtually pain-free.

I have been Dr. Katira’s patient for 12 years or so. She repaired the retinas in both eyes, some 10 years apart. I would have been blind in at least one eye, were it not for Dr. Katiras excellent skilld. I am forever in her debt.

My check-up went very smoothly. The woman at the front who "checks" you in should be given a very large raise. She is friendly, gracious, efficient, and cheerful. I've been a patient of Dr. Katira for several years and she has also been friendly and gracious. She's really helped with my eye issues and is reassuringly confident and competent. I just really like her.
