She will really take her time with you; and, during the visit she even found and solved an issue that we didn't even know about that really helped my aunt see better! The fact that she works with a transcriber during the visit is actually a bonus because you get to hear exactly what she is writing in her notes about your case aloud as you are visiting with her - giving you the opportunity to learn about your case on a different level.
