She explained my next steps; showed me the photo of my cataracts and how she will handle the matter with laser surgery. She then explained laser surgery and its after effects. Also provided written publications about the treatment.

I was seen by technicans (eyesight, glacoma test, pictures) within 10 minutes of the appointment time. Then I was moved to an exam room. Dr. Chen was with me w/in 10 minutes. She took the time to answer all of my questions and I was very happy with both her and the practice itself.
