Dr. Spellman has been my doctor for 30+ years. I have always had a great relationship with him. He is a very mannerly and caring person.

Dr Frank was great taking me in as a walk in Silver Spring. He was very thorough and sympathetic but knowledgeable about my right eye tumor. He made great referrals out for further evaluation by an Ocular Oncologist. He took extra time to explain my condition and his recommendations. He even gave me dis cell phone number if I had any further questions. Great! Thanks! Go Nats!

Dr. Spellman’s staff are also professional, and explain everything in detail, about ur visit. Dr Spellman’s many years of experience, speaks for itself. I never leave the practice on Capital Hill feeling like I haven’t been informed.

Dr. Spellman is an excellent doctor and I have been his patient for two years. He takes his time and explain every procedure so that the patient understands what he is during your visit . I would highly recommend Dr. Spellman to other patients.

Dr. Spellman and his staff are very knowledgeable, patient, and courteous. My eye examinations are very thorough and everything is explained to me. The only issue is the wait time. I understand that some patient's visits are more timely and complicated and I am sure that the same amount of time would be given to me, if needed.
