I had different times written down, no one called me to tell me that an appointment was missed, i was immediately told that i only had a certain amount of minutes so I should prioritize my questions, after each question the doctor tried to leave the room and i had to ask them to stay. One of the worst doctor appointments and doctor office experiences I have ever had.

Cynthia is great. She listens, responds and makes her patients feel like their well being is her top priority. My skin looks great. The KLARA program and reception response however, is abyssmal. I canceled an appointment over the phone , text and by KLARA 3 days before my scheduled appointment. Not only did they NOT cancel it, causing Cynthia money, they billed me no show fee. Only when I pointed out my message via KLARA did the desk associate say that she would "waive it FOR me" as if she was doing me a favor. Please, I don't know what is happening such that the response from call, texts and KLARA is non-existent, but it has gotten worse over the past few months.

It was fine. The space is clean and inviting, staff were kind. I don’t know that all of my concerns were addressed and overall felt very rushed, like I paid someone to tell me what to go spend money on.

I met with the med assistant first and let her know my concerns. I felt the PA came in ready to challenge me about the issues and not really have a conversation. In general, this practice has felt rushed and that providers don’t have time to have a greater understanding of the concerns. I am now in process of transitioning my care.
