All workers seemed friendly and thorough. Doctor took her time checking and explaining what I have to do for my skin problem. Answered all my questions. Very satisfied
Dr. Berne is the most caring professional with whom I’ve ever been in contact. He treats you with the professionalism and expertise one would only hope for in the medical profession!!
Dr and her MA Francesca are wonderful, professional and kind. The staff in the store are also extremely knowledgable and professional. I had a very positive visit.
It was very pleasant and on time, with a lot of courtesy from the reception and the assistant, the doctor very nice and with an explanation to my person, clearly explaining everything, thanks to all of you. I'm very grateful
The office itself felt like a warehouse and once in a room, you can hear the patients in nearby rooms discuss their dermatological problems, so I’m sure they heard mine too. I could also hear the nurse outside the room door explaining my situation to the doctor. The nurse and doctor both seemed kind, courteous and probably knowledgeable, but it felt rushed. Even making the appointment gave me the feeling that the practice is all about getting customers in and out quickly as I was told if I’m coming in for acne, then that’s the only thing I could be seen for, other ailments=other appointments despite the fact that I live 25+ miles away and each visit is another copay. Again, nice and courteous but didn’t feel heard. Told the nurse it had been 1 year I had been on the previous topical med, she said 6 months so the doctor was like “you’ve been on this 6 months”. Nope I said one year. I got her to look at a mole, she said it’s fine some moles are raised. However, I know that moles can be raised. I had said that I wanted it to be looked at because it wasn’t always raised and it looked like it had gotten bigger. I understand that getting patients in and out is good for the profit line, but I felt unheard, rushed and not able to get everything I wanted addressed. The doctor can address acne, but another appointment with another doctor would be needed to address acne scars. It felt robotic and not patient-centered. While it had been many years since I’d been to the practice, since I’m getting older and experiencing acne, I was hoping to have a doctor who I can establish a relationship with going forward who would then know me and my skin and while the doctor was kind, I was rather baffled that I was set up with a doctor who is leaving the practice therefore that hope to continue with an established doctor patient relationship is impossible.
Dr. Stevenson was great and very thorough. I didn’t expect there to be another person in the room taking notes as Dr. Stevenson examined my body. With the other person in the room, I felt uncomfortable to fully open up and speak to the doctor about a personal concern. I would have preferred to just have the doctor in the room. I didn’t end up bringing up the specific skin concern of mine because of this situation.
I arrived on time; I was promptly called in. The PA and the staff were courteous and professional. The PA answered my questions thoughtfully and exhibited care.
