Always taken on time. Love Dr B: he always has time for questions, treats me like the intelligent, educated person I am, and is considerate and kind. I also appreciate his practical, conservative approach and attention to my full medical condition.

I was seen on time, as usual. Dr. Berne is very thorough & very courteous. His assistant was very pleasant & helpful. My questions were answered in a way that I could easily understand.

Dr. Meyer Horn is always so positive and kind! He makes up for several problems with D and A, such as the fact that it does not take my BC Medicare Advantage plan.

I made an appointment to have a cyst removed only to find out the person the appt was with didn't do that type of work. The appt was going to be not charged, so that was good. And everyone was so very nice.

I was taken back to the room within a couple minutes of when I arrived, and then Dr. Berne came in within 5 minutes. He was - as usual - thorough, patient, kind, and informative. Please tell him he can never retire :)

Dr. Berne's exam was very thorough. He addressed some troublesome skin areas and answered questions I had about others. Those questions I had that were outside his area of expertise, he recommended another physician that could help me. It was a worthwhile visit.

I didn't particularly love how the Medical Assistant interacted with me. When answering her questions regarding history, it seemed my answers upset her. She had asked if I was still using a certain product to which I responded, "no, i don't have that anymore". She asked me 2-3 times for clarity and at one point stared at me because I then repeated, "no, I no longer have this product". I'm not sure why that irritated her but it was super uncomfortable.

From the minute I walked in to the minute I left my experience was perfect. I told my husband I never had such a good doctor visit. The ladies at the front desk, the nurse and Dr. Berne were all exceptional. I felt like Dr. Berne really took the time to explain everything and answered all of my questions while making me feel comfortable and cared for. WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND.
