The doctor is very polite and attentive, although seemingly, a bit rushed. Also, there was another person in the room (a nurse or student???) who was not introduced which made me feel a bit uneasy bc my medical information is private. I should at least be asked if I mind the person being in the room or, if it is company policy, please explain, so that I can take that into account if I wish to continue my care there.

Clean, up to date, staff kind, experienced, caring. Cynthia is wonderful! I was uptight about my 1st time there and she was kind, explaining everything. I will definitely be back to see her! It’s too bad Elmwood park location isn’t going to carry aesthetics. Bucktown is challenging but I will definitely book an appointment and see how it goes. Thank you!
