The office was extremely accommodating.i arrived at the wrong date. Te reception ship asked I was experiencing eye problems. I answered yes, discomfort in mt right eye. Now I have nevis in my left eye and Dr. Cohen is monitoring it. Nonetheless, because of my a my mistake I was taken in promptly and I so appreciated that. Prompt service and care. I’m very pleased.

Initially, it’s easy to make an appointment by phone with the staff. Their waiting room, office, and examining rooms are always clean, comfortable and the staff are respectful, professional, and friendly.
Dr. Eichenbaum himself is a pleasure to see. He‘s respectful, courteous, friendly and listens to what you feel is important to tell him. He’s not dismissive as some are, and you will quickly feel comfortable with him, as a kind, friendly, and very well-educated Eye Specialist. He’s up on all the latest treatments for diseases of the eye.
I feel very comfortable entrusting my eye care to the Doctors Eichenbaum Retina Vitreous Eye Clinic and feel fortunate a friend recommended them to me.

The staff and Doctor Crane were very professional, efficient and friendly. Just the way you would expect as a patient. I called for an appointment and Retina Virtreous Associates were able to see me the same day due to my eye injury! Thank you.

Always good to see Dr Cohen. I get an annual checkup for retinal toxicity and do a visual field test twice a year. The office technical staff is always wonderful; this time I received extra care to help me be comfortable with the testing.

Dr. Cohen and his staff are wonderful. No wait time, knowledgeable, kind and professional. Dr. Cohen has saved my eyesight, even after another Dr. really messed up my right eye. Dr. Cohen did a second surgery on my eye and saved my eyesight. My greatest concern is that the "Dr." who messed up my eye is continueto practice and harming other people.
