James Armstrong is a great guy, friendly, has a sense of humor, listens carefully to questions, and answers those questions or concerns in words that are easy to understand. He is a kind professional and feel that he really does his best to take care of me and my health issues. I have full faith in his opinions and recommendations for me.

Being proactive and trying to keep ahead of the curve where your health is concerned go a long way twords keeping out of the hospital in the long run. Having a knowledgeable specialist who listens to your concerns and weighs your options is so important.

You will get quality health care, the explanation of care will be very frank and to the point. The physician always seems to be in a hurry even for a routine appointment. Follow up appointments are not scheduled in advance. The appointment books seem to be a mystery of when appointments are available 3 to 6 months out.

I would tell them that from the front desk, rooming staff, medical assistants, to seeing the doctor, you couldn’t ask for any better acts of kindness and care than what I received! They are polite, caring and concerned about my health! I would also tell them not to hesitate making an appointment if necessary. In addition, they would not receive better care anywhere else.
