Armstrong is knowledgeable and courageous. His receptionist is helpiful and courageous. However the person that took my vitals and EKG was very rude. If I was a little slow following instructions, she gave this audible sigh. The blood pressure cuff wasn’t working properly and she pumped it so tight it left a red mark on my arm for about 20 minutes. I believe he needs further training.
