From the very first moment I contacted Dr. Bavinger’s office, I knew I was in the right hands. I had suddenly begun seeing dark spots, what I described as “planets” in my right eye and his team got me in immediately. Dr. Bavinger quickly identified that my retina was tearing and performed the necessary procedure right there in the office.
Throughout the entire process, he managed my fears with compassion and professionalism. Every time I called with a concern, he never dismissed me, he saw me right away. His attentiveness, calm demeanor, and genuine care turned what could have been a terrifying experience into one of complete trust and reassurance.
Today, I’m happy to say my eye is healing beautifully, and I’ve officially been cleared for a year. Beyond his remarkable medical skill, Dr. Bavinger’s bedside manner is exceptional. He doesn’t just see you, he truly hears you.
His staff reflects the same kindness and excellence. They are polite, patient, and always make you feel welcome. The waiting area even offers thoughtful touches like snacks, water, apple juice, coffee, and tea are a small but meaningful reminder that patient comfort comes first.
It’s rare to find a doctor and team that blend top-tier medical expertise with such authentic care. Dr. Bavinger is an exceptional physician and human being. I’m deeply grateful.

Follow up appointment to laser surgery so everything was very straightforward but I arrived early, was expedited in to see Dr. Bavinger, he performed an exam, showed me the images that had been taken, answered my questions and I was finished before the scheduled appointment time. Couldn’t have gone any better from my perspective.
