Dr. Bavinger was extremely professional & attentive - answering any questions that I had. His demeanor -while professional - was friendly & unhurried. He was highly recommended by my long-time family ophthalmologist, Dr. Mark Falls whose opinion I value.

I have an ongoing problem with my right eye. Dr Bavinger diagnosed it promptly and saved what vision I have in that eye. It's now stable and I appreciate that very much.

The experience was effortless. I called on Monday and had a morning appointment on Tuesday. The staff were efficient and personable. Dr Bavinger took time to explain and answer all my questions. Although he clearly had other patients, he was prepared for my appointment. He reminded me of his previous observations. I felt that he really cared about my anxiety and allayed my fears. This is my 2nd appointment in this office and I appreciated that all were cognizant of my time. Well run office.

I was extremely impressed on how efficiently your entire practice runs! From the time I arrived, I went from one area to the next until I was seen by the Doctor. I have to get shots in my eyes and with Dr Bavinger it is a painless process! That blows my mind because I am terrified of anything in my eyes, but the fact that it does not hurt, makes it so much easier to have done. He is an excellent doctor and I trust him with my eyes.

I was so scared going into this appointment as to what we may have to do. Dr. Bavinger immediately put me at ease and informed me that the damage I have is not as horrific as I thought. He immediately was able to get me calm and talked to me in such an upbeat fashion that even if I do need treatment in the future, I am no longer scared of it.
The process from check in to finished was an hour and half but I was told to set aside 2 and half hours so that was an even more pleasant surprise!
I am actually looking forward to my follow up in 6 months and will be VERY focused on keeping my sugars in line so that the current damage will work itself gone
