I have an ongoing problem with my right eye. Dr Bavinger diagnosed it promptly and saved what vision I have in that eye. It's now stable and I appreciate that very much.

The experience was effortless. I called on Monday and had a morning appointment on Tuesday. The staff were efficient and personable. Dr Bavinger took time to explain and answer all my questions. Although he clearly had other patients, he was prepared for my appointment. He reminded me of his previous observations. I felt that he really cared about my anxiety and allayed my fears. This is my 2nd appointment in this office and I appreciated that all were cognizant of my time. Well run office.

As a first time referral to RGW, Dr Kasi demeanor was reassuring & he clearly explained the visual test results & next steps. My appt was on time & I transferred in a timely fashion from the technician’s preliminary tests to the MD’s exam.

Dr. Levinson is an exceptional doctor in all aspects of his profession. Extremely knowledgeable and always very professional and goes over thoroughly in explaining his diagnosis and treatment options. I am completely satisfied with Dr. Levinson!!!

I have to get shots in my eyes and with Dr Bavinger it is a painless process! That blows my mind because I am terrified of anything in my eyes, but the fact that it does not hurt, makes it so much easier to have done. He is an excellent doctor and I trust him with my eyes.

Dr Kasi makes a a procedure requiring an injection in the eye quite bearable, even if one cannot say enjoyable! He has just the right approach towards his patients and I do not hesitate to go back for my next shot.
The practice is run efficiently and everyone is friendly.
