Kelly is very professional, thorough, and listens. She and all the staff follow up with questions, messages or concerns and are very friendly, polite and professional!

Sarah recommended to softly message my implant area to get the lymphatic system working, i did as Sarah recommended and it worked without any procedures.

Overall I have had a great experience with this office! I have developed a good rapport with the provider . Staff is very courteous and friendly! I have to say I mainly come to this office to see the specialist but I see Sarah in between those appointments!

I love these guys! They made a difficult situation into a breeze. Nothing but the best! Except...I had to wait over an hour for my appointment. Not pleased about that, didn't know reason why.

If anyone needs a excellent breast surgeon Dr.Kelly Wirsing is the Doctor for you. Dr. Wirsing is a very thorough,compassionate and explains every aspect of what us going on with your health so that you understand and so very easy to talk to which for myself means alot.

I was very anxious going in to my first appointment with Dr. Wirsing. She was so kind and gentle in how she explained my test results and what they meant. She spent a good hour explaining things and answering our questions. I left her office greatly relieved and feeling like I was in good hands.

I’ve been saying for over a year that my breast pain was something wrong. Feeling discouraged I finally advocated more and was referred to Dr Wirsing. She not only listened to what I had to say- she took the time to show me comparisons of each breast and what the issue is. Validating my concern of what I “felt” was wrong. Finally feel like I’m on the road to not constantly being in pain. Thank you Dr for the listening ear!! Means so much to me.

What would you tell family and friends about your experience with this provider?
I would recommend this provider for my daughters, granddaughters and friends without hesitation. I do suggest that telephone receptionist be more sensitive (less abrupt) when taking information over the phone. I assume most patients, myself included, might be anxious about their health and are not always able to answer the receptionist's questions.

I appreciate Dr.Wirsing spoke directly, and honestly, with my [AGE] year old mother first, including us as her caregivers. No, she doesn’t comprehend it all, that’s why we are there, but mom appreciated the respect and dignity she received. We appreciated the options we were given, not just surgery. Coming from a surgeon that says so much.

Once I had a concern, Kelly’s office was able to get me in a timely manner. In fact, I was contacted about an earlier opening. Check in person very welcoming. Nurse who took me back was very helpful and friendly. Kelly was on time and ready for me. She took amble time with me and answered all my questions in detail and to my satisfaction. She was outstanding.

She was professional, yet very understanding and comfortable to be around. She explains things in an easy to understand way and listens to everything you have to say. I'm so ecstatic to have her as a Doctor. One I can trust and be comfortable around. Very understanding and polite staff. Just a wonderful experience all around considering you dont want to be there. They (staff and Doctor) at least make it wat more pleasant and comfortable to be there.
