Dr. Nicholas was thorough in her examination, and listened carefully to all my questions. She explained everything clearly and I felt very confident that her assessment was accurate. I have already recommended her to several friends.

Dr. Gross is an extremely empathy driven compassionate person who is also quite knowledgeable in this field and more. I wish there were more doctors who have such a great personality and caring for her patients.

It was fantastic. I've been having issues with my eyes, being diabetic and have glaucoma. Found out it may be I'm allergic to my eye drops and they aren't helping with eye pressure. I had to find another glaucoma doctor. As the one wasn't taking my insurance. It was a plessy visit.

Dr. Nicholas provided in-depth care: She asked great follow up questions and gave me the opportunity to ask my own follow up questions. She was interested in the service and advice I received from the specialists I had been referred to. I already have my next appointment with her on my calendar.

I want to extend my thanks to you, Dr. Gross, for making room in your busy schedule to see me concerning a painful Stye I was experiencing last week. You saw me and prescribed “Erythromycin” and made another appointment to make sure I was doing ok. I am doing well now and thank you.

I had my first eye exam in a long time. The entire staff was very professional and knowledgeable, and it sure felt like a very thorough and comprehensive exam. I was grateful for the wonderful treatment.

Dr Nicholas had information to share with me, and was also communicating with her scribe. It was hard to know when she was talking to me. I wish I had a suggestion for her so that it was easier to tell who she is talking to. I understand and appreciate the use of a scribe. Thanks for the help! My eyes already feel better.
