As a new patient, I was impressed with the experience from reception to checkout. I found everyone to be warm and friendly. I especially appreciated that each tech introduced themselves by name and job role. When I met with Dr. Nicholas, I was relieved to find an explanation for my vision issues and was offered great solutions, which I was hoping she'd suggest. I finally feel like I'm in competent hands with regard to my vision. Thank you, Dr. Nicholas!

Dr. Amy Nicholas, M.D. is an exceptional physician. She removed my stubborn stye not once, but twice, and her skill was evident throughout both procedures. Dr. Nicholas is wonderfully kind, patient, and communicated every step clearly, which put me completely at ease.
Thanks to her expertise and excellent care, I am no longer anxious about dealing with a stye in the future. I was thoroughly satisfied with my experience and would give her my highest recommendation—a perfect 10 out of 10.

Very efficient organization. Got me in right on time. Dr. Gross was very thorough in her exam and explained clearly what is going on with my vision. I also note that her office can send eye exam results to our MD MVA which will save me a trip when it's time for me to renew my driver's license.
