Dr. Gross is an extremely empathy driven compassionate person who is also quite knowledgeable in this field and more. I wish there were more doctors who have such a great personality and caring for her patients.

I want to extend my thanks to you, Dr. Gross, for making room in your busy schedule to see me concerning a painful Stye I was experiencing last week. You saw me and prescribed “Erythromycin” and made another appointment to make sure I was doing ok. I am doing well now and thank you.

The check-in process started promptly after my arrival and I was called back to an exam room promptly after arriving. There weren't any unnecessary waits during the exam process. Dr. Gross expeditiously conducted her portion of the exam and answered all my questions relating to my vision and eye care.

I have been a patient for over 16 years. I wouldn't go to any other Ophthalmologist. Dr. Gross is 5 star; very thorough, takes the time to explain everything and her expertise is outstanding! The staff is great; very knowledgeable and professional. Everyone makes you feel valued and are so pleasant.
