Dr. Nicholas and the clinic staff were nothing but professional. Everyone knew their roles and performed them admirably and with my best interests in mind. Dr. Nicholas understood my situation and addressed my concerns thoroughly. This was a welcome relief after less-than-ideal circumstances at my previous optical providers. Thank you.

Dr. Nicholas is professional and knowledgeable while at the same time being personal and friendly. It is so easy interacting with her. She explains and gives me information about what she is seeing during the examination. She doesn't just tell me what to do while examining my eyes but says "Please" first. She remembered things we talked about during my last visit, which was a year ago. I feel fortunate to be one of her patients.
