Dr. Cudmore and his staff are the best of the best! Dr. Cudmore takes the time to listen, he looks at me when he talks to me and he makes me feel like he truly cares about my health issues. I tend to ramble on and on,and I know he has other patients, but he doesn't make me feel like his time is limited (although I know it is) and doesn't rush me.

I have always been treated with kindness and empathy from the staff there and doctor Cudmore is amazing. He always considers my opinion in my care and I love that about him. He carefully maintains my medications in consideration of my condition and it's possible side effects.

People are always friendly. Appointments are usually on time. No sitting and waiting for long periods in the waiting room. So farI have only waited 5-10 minutes, then you go in the back take your vitals and you may have another 5 minutes waited before doctor comes in. As Tony the Tiger says…,It’s GREAT!!!!

Check-in was within a minute. The receptionist was friendly and efficient. Dr. Cudmore combines professionalism and friendliness in a way that makes a patient feel comfortable. He listens and answers in a way that is easy to understand.

I absolutely love everything about Baptist Primary Care in Callahan. Everybody is so friendly and professional. My latest visit was more of an exigent situation and even not having availability of an appointment, the team got me in and I am now cleared to receive a possible life changing surgery. I cannot thank the team enough!!!

Best customer service that I have had in Jacksonville at any medical facility. You're not treated like a number and they care about your time. If they are running late, they let you know instead of ignoring you in the waiting room. The staff is very friendly and know how to engage with patients. They Doctors and PAs schedule time to visit with you instead of rushing from one patient to the next.
