We were promised an interpreter for my wife. No one ever showed up. I can interpret for her as a back up but she was promised an interpreter would be there.

Dr. McFadden was patient and listened to my concerns. He provided clear directives on how to resolve my current vision issue and took time to explain the process of what I needed to do. Dr. McFadden alleviated my stress, was reassuring, and professional.

My eyes were dilated without ensuring I had someone else to drive me home so I had to drive home 30 minutes with dilated eyes. When discussing the cost of frames, knowing my eyes were dilated, and I had trouble reading things and expressed to the employee discussing frames with me that I was having trouble reading, the employee proceeded to only write down cost and number information for payment for frames rather than discussing it with me, knowing it was difficult for me to read that. It felt very scammy especially when I found out that it was going to be over $600 just for one pair of frames. Overall, I ended up just walking out and making up a story to be able to leave the building because I felt so uncomfortable. I had the worst headache I�ve had in awhile and had to call my OB to keep my pre eclampsia in check. Moving forward I will go to a totally different doctors office to get my eyes checked. I will never go back to this clinic because I did not feel taken care of.
