Office staff are always friendly and kind. The wait is never too long, but is always comfortable. The Primary Care Team is great, are willing to think outside the box to try and help in anyway they can. They are all also excellent with correspondence. It’s refreshing to not be stressed about having to go to the doctor.

The staff! I have been a patient of this office for several years. Due to health issues I had to retire from work and was no longer able to have the insurance that I needed to be a patient at Baptist Southampton. This is a hard adjustment for me to make, and after about a couple months, I found a doctor actually too and then I heard the most awesome news ever that Baptist south will now take Florida blue. My doctor is Megan Andersen. She is awesome not only does she listens she make sure she gets you what you need and make sure that you’re being well. Taken care of. She is very gifted and talented doctor and Baptist is blessed to have her the entire office makes you feel so warm and welcome. There is a nurse here by the name of Kevin. I don’t know his last name but Kevin has went Miles and Miles for me making calls to get me to the right appointment and places he walked out to my car to put my walk in one day when I was having trouble breathing Baptist at Southampton is number one if you ask me

The office and all of its staff were super friendly. I experienced quick service while also being attended to well. The office was very clean, didn't smell like a Doctors office and was impressed with the ease of service. I have and will continue to recommend this office to others.
