Staff was very punctual and attentive. Took time to listen to your concerns and asked in-depth questions to help the specialist get to the issues right away. Dr had good bedside manners, knew his specialty and continued asking diligent questions regards the symptoms. Wanting to get you the Best care and get your life back to a normal functioning body.

There are many things I like: 1. Parking was very easy. 2. The office staff starting with check-in was efficient, patient, friendly and overall welcoming 3. Dr Mody was very easy to work with. She listened, explained, checked for our understanding, and outlined our future interactions. She also ordered necessary blood work and MR imaging. She discussed possible steps that could be taken in the future and overall just made us feel seen and cared for.

I enjoy Dr. Riggeal and his staff. He is open to hearing my concerns, I never feel rushed and my concerns are answered promptly.

They were very professional and accomodating of my inability to drive to Jacksonville.The nursing staff as well as Dr. Mody gave me a thorough exam with a treatment plan tailored to my specific needs.

The office staff were very polite, and professional. The young lady that did the nerve conduction test was very gentle and kept me informed asto what she was doing. I was impressed with the doctor, friendly and explained what she was doing. Which helped me to be calm.

I would say feeling like I’m having all of my neurological issues addressed so well after such a long time in some a competent way is a biggie. My neurologist Dr Mody is super-as is her entire staff. My neuro ophthalmologist Dr [last name] and his staff are as well. I also have pleasant interactions at check in and check out. I’m very thankful for the care I receive there.

Everything is wonderful The lady in the front desk really nice And the young technician too . The doctor Riggeal is very professional . I like so much this department of Neurology in the 10 floor in 841 Prudential Drive .Yesterday was my second visit and I feel very happy with this team.

The staff at check in was very helpful and friendly. The lady that performed all the test was extremely professional and friendly. She explained all the different test and why they were being done. Dr. Riggeal was awesome. He took my old results I brought with me and reviewed them. He was very thorough and professional. He explained my situation with great clarity, answered all mine and my husbands questions to our satisfaction. I wasn’t given a solution that would 100% fix the situation but was given choices to try. As a nurse I disclosed to him at the end of the visit that I understood that sometimes there aren’t fixes so I’m going to try something he suggested. I’ll return in 6 months for a check up. 🙏
