Dr. Riggeal is very knowledgeable and kind. He is ready to answer any questions and very helpful. The receptionist is very friendly and ready to help. Dr. Riggeal's asst. was also very good. I felt very comfortable and taken care of.

The Baptist Downtown location is always quiet and clean, and the front desk and check-out staff have always been friendly and professional. I've been seeing my neurologist, Dr. Riggeal, at this location for several years now and he has made the process of managing my chronic condition so much easier. He is compassionate, knowledgeable, and willing to take the time to explain exactly what is going on inside my head in terms I can understand, and with details on how to manage my condition. Truly, Dr. Riggeal is one of the best doctors I've ever worked with.

Staffing from the front office to the medical assistant provide friendly and competent care. Dr Lozowska is an attentive active listener. Diligent in determining the causes of my symptoms to the point of doing additional research in medical journals and charting my adverse reactions to medications prescribed prior to prescribing new medications. Most of all I have deepest respect for her honesty and humility. My symptoms do not fit any true cookie cutter diagnosis. Yet based on all the testing and feedback from other specialists, a conclusion of more likely then not diagnosis was made. I rather this type of honesty which leaves a Dr open minded to continual assessment and adjustments based on changes with my current symptoms and possible onset of new ones. This has increased my personal confidence in Dr Lozowska 100%.

Dr. Riggeal takes the time to listen attentively and discuss best next steps for me. He is always patient and encourages questions so that I have a clear understanding of everything that is going on. From check in to the end of my appointment, I feel well cared for and supported by each member of his team that I encounter.

Dr. Lozowska and her team are awesome. Since we moved to Florida she is the first Neurologist who understands my past and doesn’t order unnecessary tests that have been done over and over. She treats me with meds that have worked for years. I especially like the video appointments cuz it’s an hour drive to Jax. Wish there was someone closer, but glad to have her.

From Dr.Riggeal to his assistant they both make you feel very comfortable and always have a generous smile for you 😊 I wouldn't think of going anywhere else , they are the very best and is determined to get to the root of your medical issue .

Savannah was very nice. She cared enough to go an extra step to make sure I was warm by having a little heater in the room. Savannah was very professional and friendly. I liked the fact that the doctor provided the results immediately.

Courteous, Very Knowledgeable Staff and Specialist. Dr Bryan Riggeal is very thorough and thoughtful. Speaks to you like a person not another prescription opportunist. Will always appreciate him explaining what is needed for my health . I pray he stays with this hospital

Everything, the ladies at the front desk are friendly and take care of you right away, The nurses take good care of you and the Dr. is fabulous. I have learned a lot from them about my body and how to better take care of myself.
