All staff, from the receptionist to the med techs were very customer focused and projected personal caring. Dr. Riggeal was outstanding. He is extremely thorough and is gifted with exceptional communication skills. His technical competence is unmatched. I highly recommend him to anyone needing his specialty.

Everyone I interact with at the office is very polite and friendly. The office runs very smoothly and appointments are on time. I could not be happier with my doctor or the staff. They all listen and are patient - just an excellent experience.

The office staff was friendly and helpful and Dr Riggeal is the best. He listened, asked questions, and explained my eye issues and also my MRI in a way I understood. I appreciate his expertise and thoroughness and would highly recommend him to anyone needing a neuro-ophthalmologist.

Dr. Riggeal has been excellent in providing diagnosis and ongoing care for myself autoimmune disease. He listens to my concerns, answers my questions and adjusts treatment as needed. When I have been hospitalized and other Neurologists on staff have taken over my care, they are in communication with Dr. Riggeal to provide continuity.
Additionally, the support staff, on all levels are respectful and efficient.

Staff is amazing. All were courteous, helpful, knowledgeable.
Dr Riggeal was easy to talk with. He took his time explaining and patiently answered all my concerns.
He discussed and coordinated my test results with my other dr’s., which made my treatment, moving forward, much easier.

The Baptist Downtown location is always quiet and clean, and the front desk and check-out staff have always been friendly and professional. I've been seeing my neurologist, Dr. Riggeal, at this location for several years now and he has made the process of managing my chronic condition so much easier. He is compassionate, knowledgeable, and willing to take the time to explain exactly what is going on inside my head in terms I can understand, and with details on how to manage my condition. Truly, Dr. Riggeal is one of the best doctors I've ever worked with.

Good treatment by all staff and you got rid of that tablet to collect patient symptoms etc. like you did in prior years. I'm no good with tablets...the computer type that is !?Thanks for quality care.

Go to the office they are wonderful Doctor Riggeal is amazing and so is his dad. I love the way the office looks. It's clean and beautiful and I appreciate everything they do for me.
