Dr. Riggeal is very knowledgeable and kind. He is ready to answer any questions and very helpful. The receptionist is very friendly and ready to help. Dr. Riggeal's asst. was also very good. I felt very comfortable and taken care of.

The Baptist Downtown location is always quiet and clean, and the front desk and check-out staff have always been friendly and professional. I've been seeing my neurologist, Dr. Riggeal, at this location for several years now and he has made the process of managing my chronic condition so much easier. He is compassionate, knowledgeable, and willing to take the time to explain exactly what is going on inside my head in terms I can understand, and with details on how to manage my condition. Truly, Dr. Riggeal is one of the best doctors I've ever worked with.

Friendly staff, short time waiting to see the doctor, and Dr. Riggeal was so nice, thorough with his explanations, and took all the time I needed. Did not feel rushed at all.

Dr. Riggeal takes the time to listen attentively and discuss best next steps for me. He is always patient and encourages questions so that I have a clear understanding of everything that is going on. From check in to the end of my appointment, I feel well cared for and supported by each member of his team that I encounter.

Good treatment by all staff and you got rid of that tablet to collect patient symptoms etc. like you did in prior years. I'm no good with tablets...the computer type that is !?Thanks for quality care.

Everything, the ladies at the front desk are friendly and take care of you right away, The nurses take good care of you and the Dr. is fabulous. I have learned a lot from them about my body and how to better take care of myself.

Everyone was very professional, cordial and polite. Joni was fantastic and explained everything as she took me through my exam , she was very thorough and she spoke well of
Dr . Riggeal . When Dr Riggeal came in he was too very professional and had excellent bedside manner and I felt he was truly concerned for my health and well being . He spent the time with me and wasn’t in a rush to get me in and out. I appreciate his attentiveness to my discourse and then coming up with a game plan and explaining it in detail to my understanding. Thanks again to everyone that saw me there and was helpful. I hope to get some answers soon and be on my way to better health.

Efficient, friendly, professional, and love seeing the same people every time. That says a lot about the organization they work for. As a retired nurse, I wish I had the opportunity to have worked for Baptist! Best run business, other than Mayo Clinic, haven't encountered in my entire 40 year career!

Dr. Bryan Riggeal is a wonderful doctor that listens and cares. He helped me through the biggest medical scare of my life and I’m happy to say it’s fully in remission now and I’m doing well.
