Instead of complaining about staff or service, I hunted up some stars and put them on them. Good service needs recognition. Unbelievable quick responses to phone cries for help.
The doctor takes time to answer questions.

Dr. Riggeal is an excellent physician. He’s very knowledgeable and also takes the time to listen to patients. His expertise is unmatched. I had my headache for years, and he knew exactly how to fix it.

Waiting area is very nice with the TV helping to kill time. The office personnel are very polite and respectful. They always ask to validate our packing ticket. The young lady who takes your was very friendly and attractive. My doc covers my condition very throughly. He takes his time and explains very thing so I understand. He is a real pleasure to work with.

I love Dr Riggeal and Dr [last name] and their medical assistants are really nice as well. I’ve also had really pleasant interactions with Ms Celeste at the front and feel very secure that they’re constantly trying to get to root issues and help me with all that they do and prescribe. None of it doesn’t make sense.

Easy access from 95 Northbound. The parking garage was located next to the One Call building. Great view of downtown from the waiting room. All of the staff was courteous and friendly. Minimal wait-time.

All members of the staff are outstanding and very customer oriented, from the front desk reception to the nurses to the doctor. Dr Riggeal communicates outstanding giving all options and explaining everything. This is the highest level of service and the and the doctor as far as Superior the most in his profession.
