The front office staff is friendly, professional and efficient. The nurses/medical assistants are welcoming and always make me feel comfortable. Dr. Riggeal takes time, listens, explains, answers questions and is responsive both in person and when I email through the patient portal.

The staff. Joni was great in greeting me and bringing me back. And Dr Riggeal was awesome too. Tried to be as clear as he could in explaining complex things. He was very thorough.

employees were helpful. The view kept my grandson entertained while I spent two hours with Dr. Riggeal who was absolutely fantastic. It took eight months to get the appointment and it was worth the wait. He explained everything clearly and was entertaining as well. He was able to set my mind at ease and explain which of my issues were brain related and which were eye related.

Friendly staff. Dr. Riggeal listens to you and asks additional questions and the suggests his opinion on most recommended course of treatment to determine underlying cause of your symptoms.

The office’s physical appearance is lovely, and my surroundings have always been immaculate. That matters, as it affects my personality and how I feel. I truly love Dr Riggeal, and I have complete faith and trust in him. He has helped me a great deal, with care and obvious concern.

Staff is very friendly, patient and helpful, Dr Riggeal is a first class physician that takes the time needed and does not rush you making you feel anxious when you are already feeling anxiety. He genuinely cares about your health and wellbeing. He has a kind and caring way and listens to you and communicates what his plan for you very well and clearly. I am blessed to have him looking after me.

The office staff is very professional, polite and efficient. The office is easy to locate and has plenty of free parking even though it’s amongst the downtown Baptist complex. My appointment time has always been kept, and I could not be more pleased with the level of attention and compassion I receive from my doctor.

Dr. Riggeal is a consummate professional. His charting is impeccable. He listens to patient concerns and is very thorough, to be certain what the problem really is. Before seeing him, I had all kinds of scary possible diagnoses; turns out it’s migraines, which are greatly improved since he started me on treatment. I would never see another neuro-ophthalmologist.
