Every body is so nice and helpful. from the front checkin, to all the back staff, Mainly the nurses. Dr.Whalen take his time with you and will listen to you of what is going on. I will highly tell any body that needs to see a neurology doctor to go and see Dr. Whalen.

The friendliness of the staff. They care about their patients. It’s a very clean environment. They always get me in on time. Mrs. Kim is a very caring APRN, she makes sure that you understand all of your options. I really like going to the office

Very professional, check in a breeze. Lobby is nice and the bathrooms are clean. Helpful staff and doctor very thorough. Asked questions and seemed to hear me when I answered.

I like the fact that when you make an appointment, you do not have to wait 30 minutes to be seen. You get in and out in a timely manner. I also like Dr. Whalen. He is very easy to communicate with.

Dr. Whalen and his staff were thorough and answered whatever questions I had. The entire staff were very friendly and polite. The waiting area, the receptionist area and examining rooms all very clean.
Dr. Whalen answered all my questions gave me information. I didn’t even think to ask and is running some tests that need to be run. Overall, I am very happy with them and will recommend Dr. Whalen and his staff to whoever may need neurologist.
