The staff is very helpful, and the provider Hall, APRN is absolutely amazing, very thorough with her assessment, and her ability to explain the process so you can truly understand is so refreshing.

Check-in was easy, wait was short and the staff was very nice and professional. I liked Dr. Whalen who was very nice, professional, thorough, and informative. He took time to listen, explain, making sure I understood. I wasn't rushed in and out as often happens at doctor's offices.

pleanty of parking, very little wait time, extremely nice offcies, and everyone is friendly and helpful...Big smiles everywhere! Awesome doctors and staff! Can't get any better than that!

Staff is always very friendly. NP Simon is an incredible medical provider. She is compassionate, friendly, thorough, and effectively listens and advises. I have total faith in her medical care. Would recommend this facility and provider to anyone.

Very professional...Very open to hearing concerns and absolutely educational in explaining answers to questions...I had a wonderful visit...my Dr retired and I wasn't sure how things were going to go but with absolute certainty I feel I will get the same expert professional care...was treated like a patient and not like a number

We really like this office. Scheduling is easy. Once coming in the check-in, that’s easy and quick. The wait is always minimal.
Everyone in the office is nice, and we really like Dr Kimberly Simon.

I love the staff from the front desk , to the medical assistant and then on To Dr.Whalen. he is very thorough, asks questions listens to you and goes back through everything to be sure we are both clear on the plan..

Clean and welcoming. Staff like Sara and the check- in lady are very professional and nice. The office is very organized and your appointment is completed in a timely manner. Kimberly Simon is extremely patient and quite knowledgeable. I love this office.

Unlike, most Dr offices are not on time with keeping their appt times and then put you in cubicle for 20 to 30 and only spend a few minutes with you. Not this office, appt time was met . Dr assistant was in my room almost immediately, she was polite and professional and Dr came in shortly after she left. He took time to listen to my concerns, I didn't feel like I was on a time clock with him. He also conducted him self professionaly and with confidence. I was impressed

Our experience with Baptist Neurology Clay was very positive.
The receptionist was friendly, the MA was pleasant and helpful, and Dr. Whalen was professional, attentive, and caring.

Easy to communicate with providers. Clear communication and understanding. Provider listens and explains. I feel that I can ask questions and get answers from the providers. Clean office. The MAs always are joyful and have me at ease and laughing before I see the Dr.
