Prompt,and thorough exam. Spent time trying to get My mom to answer questions (dementia) instead of talking with me. My mom loves Dr. Simon. She makes everything factual but in a light/caring way.

This was my first visit. The receptionist at the check-in was very nice and helpful and she had a beautiful smile which made me feel very welcomed. I gave her my driver's license and insurance cards and she helped me sign one thing on the tablet that I missed on line. She explained to me where I could sit and which door the nurse would call me from. The nurse was nice and very thorough with her intake and she took the copies of the tests and information I bought in so Dr. Whalen could look at before he came into the exam room for my office visit. Dr. Whalen was nice and very very thorough with my first exam with him and also listened to everything I needed to say about my health issues. I'm very happy that I was referred to Dr. Whalen and I feel relieved and trust. I very highly recommend Dr. Whalen and his staff.

I’ve had an excellent experience with Amanda Hall and their assistant, Tonya. Both are extremely attentive and truly listen to your concerns, taking the time to understand each issue fully. They address any problems thoroughly and provide clear guidance, making you feel supported and informed throughout your care. On top of that, they are friendly, approachable, and genuinely helpful, which makes every visit comfortable and reassuring. I highly recommend them to anyone seeking attentive and compassionate neurological care.
