Amanda is great. She is very knowledgeable about migraines and is so compassionate. I had a question the day after my appointment and left it on the portal. She personally called me to address and handle my issue. She is a gem as is her MA.

All of the staff we met were friendly and professional. My Mom really enjoyed the visit with Amanda Hall and said it was fun. She is a dementia patient and sometimes gets a little nervous with meeting new people. She told me that Ms. Hall was sweet, bubbly and very nice. I appreciate the time and gentleness she had with my Mom.

I had an excellent experience at the neurologist office. I received excellent care. Everyone was prompt, courtesious, caring and through. I would recommend them to all who asked me about their office.

The courtesy staff and the talented specialist, Dr. John Whalen. He listened to the chief complaint of my cluster headache for over 12 years and explained it clearly. The headache has gone after the first visit in June 2025. Thank you, Dr. Whalen.

I absolutely love Amanda Hall she is so kind and caring. I was her patient before she came to baptist and that is why I moved to this office to follow her. It is convenient to my home and my job, Staff was very pleasant and professional also.

Scheduling was easy and I was seen promptly.
Dr Whalen is very knowledgeable and not rushed. Dr Whalen reviewed my history, discussed treatment and really included me in the choices. I never felt rushed! The whole team from checking in to checking out were professional and caring .
I especially like how spotless the office was .

Everything! Carlene that checked me in was so patient and kind! Sara (Kimberly’s MA) was so personable and cared was was going on with my health. Kimberly is very very caring, listened and went over my health issues. I love this office. ♥️

It was clean, easy to find and Everyone was nice, friendly and very helpful. The receptionist, medical assistant, dr and phlebotomist were extremely friendly, helpful and put me at ease. The dr was informative, answered my questions, was very knowledgeable and made sure I understood the information he gave me.
