Prompt,and thorough exam. Spent time trying to get My mom to answer questions (dementia) instead of talking with me. My mom loves Dr. Simon. She makes everything factual but in a light/caring way.

My first visit with someone new since Dr. [last name] retired. I was so pleased with the time spent with me , explanations on questions I had. Having Parkinsons Disease is confusing and talking about everything was a big help. I feel so comfortable with K Simon, APRN.

Friendly staff who care about you. The office and rooms are always clean . Kimberly is super nice and always takes her time with both myself and my husband. She covers everything and explains everything like what medications she's giving, what doses they are and how they work. She's a really great PA and a real assent to Baptist Neurology.

ALWAYS friendly and considerate. The staff are amazing; from the beginning until appointment completion. Kim Simon is so very knowledgeable and thorough. Much more so than any other neurologist that I've seen. She coordinates follow-up care immediately instead of waiting for the day to end. I'd recommend this office ten-fold!

Everyone is very friendly and helpful. Kimberly was very patient and listened to all my issues and gave suggestions along with sending me for testing and to another Dr. to help find out the cause of all my pain instead of just prescribing meds to mask symptoms.
