I could hear my therapist talking, very clearly.
Being hard of hearing makes it difficult for me to understand what they are saying sometimes. She spoke loudly and clearly so that I could hear her.
She also listened to what I was saying.

Dr Gaffney is compassionate, intelligent and very present for her patients. She does an excellent job keeping the conversation positive and shares helpful strategies for navigating the challenges of cancer. I would recommend her to anyone in need of emotional support.

I had a very positive experience with my psychologist., I felt comfortable and listened to without judgment. They took the time to understand my concerns and explained things in a way that made sense to me.
Throughout our sessions I took a test and I felt supported and encouraged to open up at my own pace.
Overall, I’m grateful for the experience and would recommend their services to anyone looking for professional and compassionate psychological support.

The whole team was awesome. They were very caring with my stepdad, being in late stages of Alzheimer's. While I could tell that he was a little agitated after the exam was complete, you all helped him push through it.

Nan Hucker is truly thoughtful in facilitating an hour where I can self-reflect and process my wants, needs, and goals moving forward. She is without judgement while also offering logic and help with problem-solving. I would recommend her to work with anyone I love and care about.

Every person you encounter, from medical assistants, nurses, doctors, staff at the check-in /registration desk to maintenance and food service are the most friendly, professional, knowledgeable, compassionate, positive people consistently. It is really remarkable that we have never had an interaction with anyone that wasn't positive, upbeat, and encouraging. Very impressive!

I really love how the office goes out of its way to not feel like an office. It really means so much to me every time I come in, but they have the decorations up because sometimes I forget like St. Patrick’s Day totally forgot it was coming up.

My appointment time was recorded incorrectly so I was an hour late. My therapist welcomed me to wait and stayed to see me after her last appointment. Gracious and generous.
