I feel “heard.” My issues are addressed. Probing questions are asked to ensure I’m not making a knee-jerk reaction. Dr. Gaffney is a kind, compassionate person and always has a smile for me. She’s positive and kind. I appreciate her feedback and help!

It was my first time speaking to a psychologist, but although I cannot say I enjoyed pouring my feelings out I did feel relieved to actually have someone to talk to and listen to me.

It was nice to see the results of over 2 hours of testing. The Psychologist was well informed and interacted with me & my spouse after testing was completed. She also made significant suggestions for the upcoming year.
