Dr. Glen and staff are very thorough in their testing and interview with the patient and spouse. We were promptly seen. The front office staff is very friendly and efficient.

Everyone from the front desk ladies to the two doctors were all being nice and made us feel welcome. My mom was very worried about this test. We all came out feeling better after the results than before. They all spent time and make you feel wanted. Also we LOVED all the decorations! They make us old people happy. Thank you again for all you did for my family. You were truly a blessing!

My interview with Dr Glen was the highlight of my experience. The testing before I saw her was exhausting. The last 20 minutes of it was just giving any answer to her questions that would just get it over with quickly.

The entire staff there was incredible. From the people in the cafe, the maintenance staff, staff walking the halls and staging the desks were all singularly focused on making me feel welcome and supported. It is clear that everyone who works there has been trained to have empathy for those of us who are patients. The neuropsych team was equally as incredible. I was very impressed!

Everyone was very friendly and professional. The technician giving the test was very clear. Dr. Glen was very informative and made a point of sharing the overall results to put me at ease.
