The front staff was amazing. They went above and beyond. Jennifer was an angel and the doctor was great. She spent a lot of time with me and explained to me in great detail about the purpose of the test and what to expect from the results.

The psychologist was very nice. Not judgmental and very receptive to what I tell her. Made very good suggestions to how I should go in terms of the next step in therapy. I highly recommend recommend her.

First, every employee I came into contact with was so friendly and kind. It's the Chick-fil-A/ Disney of medical centers. If anyone is feeling down, they just need to walk the halls of MD Anderson, and they will come out feeling much better. Dr. Glen and Gayla [last name] were absolutely wonderful. They put me at ease, explained everything, listened, were kind and understanding, professional without being cold, and heck, I'm looking forward to going back in a year.

The decorations in the waiting room are warm and welcoming. It can be a dark and dreary place you don't really want to go, but the decorations made me smile. I love seeing a seasonal touch when most places are so sterile and cold.

Dr. Glen is the only doctor we have had truly listen and be totally interested in solving the symptoms my husband has to get to a diagnoses. Very engaging and personable. Wish we could see her all the time.

The experience was very informative, but also somewhat depressing, since I was told I suffered from early onset dementia. The good news, it was detected early and I have been prescribed medication designed to slow down the process.
