I could hear my therapist talking, very clearly. Being hard of hearing makes it difficult for me to understand what they are saying sometimes. She spoke loudly and clearly so that I could hear her. She also listened to what I was saying. Thank you for that !!!

I really love how the office goes out of its way to not feel like an office. It really means so much to me every time I come in, but they have the decorations up because sometimes I forget like St. Patrick’s Day totally forgot it was coming up.

My appointment time was recorded incorrectly so I was an hour late. My therapist welcomed me to wait and stayed to see me after her last appointment. Gracious and generous. And my session was very helpful.

It is the most priceless experience. my therapist helps me navigate my journey. Its a most crucial part of a holistic treatment approach, building and maintaining resilience. Having a qualified person, who listens and can provide coping strategies and reassurance that you are doing healthy self care strategies during the fight against Cancer is a MUST HAVE for every patient with cancer.

When I arrived to the appointment, the receptionist greeted me kindly and was very polite while checking me in and giving me the iPad to fill out before the appointment. My appointment was with Dr. Gaffney. I have been seeing her regularly for a little while and she is very understanding and receptive to the things that I have problems with. She gives me good advice and I really do appreciate the talks. She’s never been judgmental or overbearing or anything of the sort.
