Dr. Vozniak is so professional and nice and concerned about your well-being she takes time to listen and answer all of the questions I have she'll even let me cry if I need to she's my safe place for sure. The staff is great also.

I did not visit the facility, I saw a therapist via Zoom. My therapist Amanda was great, she helped me immensely.

The Baptist Behavioral Health system however needs some improvement

My husband and I were really impressed with his visit. A great experience with a provider who is easy to talk with and had great advice. Baptist is doing something right.

From the support staff to my psychiatrist, everyone is on top of things, very communicative, and you never have to wait more than 5 minutes to speak to someone if you really have to.
They also offer a phone app that makes things so easy when you need to just send in a general question via the messaging feature, change/update appointments, and sign all required documents based on your respective situation and insurance.
I wouldn't want to be anywhere else!

I’ve been a patient here for years with Veronika and it has always been the best medical care I’ve ever gotten. Both from my provider and the office staff. They take care of me no matter what right away. I’ve already recommended two people that have become new patients for Veronika. She’s the best.
