From the support staff to my psychiatrist, everyone is on top of things, very communicative, and you never have to wait more than 5 minutes to speak to someone if you really have to. They also offer a phone app that makes things so easy when you need to just send in a general question via the messaging feature, change/update appointments, and sign all required documents based on your respective situation and insurance. I wouldn't want to be anywhere else!

My husband stopped taking some very strong prescriptions a week ago. It was another week until our scheduled medication visit. I called and he was able to be seen virtually the same day. I commend the Staff and his ARPN for seeing the need and getting him an appointment. Thank you all.
